It's 2am and a couple raccoons woke me up making all kinds of noise on the roof of my RV so I blasted this thru the outside speakers. All I heard was INTENSE SCRAMBLING 🤣🤣🤣
The first part is what I heard last night. I’ve lived right next to the Wasatch front almost 7 years and have never heard coyotes before. Really cool to hear!!
Where I used to live, we never heard many Coyotes, because it was urbanized. We only heard very distant ones. We moved to the middle of 🦆ing no were and this scares the shit outta me cuz I hear it every night.
There is a bird in Australia that can mimic any sound, even a chainsaw. Teach enough to sound like a predator from the movies and release them into hiking trails, and let the fun begin. For all seriousness though. Many animals make many different sounds
Same I had 16 chickens, now I have 3. I’m on 6 acres surrounded by woods and I can hear dog like howling in the woods at night. Not sure if it’s coyotes of maybe foxes 🤷🏻♀️
@@KCFarms910 Get a really big livestock guardian dog breed, like a pyranees, train them to understand the chickens need to be protected. You won't have any more coyote trouble, or probably much else sneaking onto the property. Some of those dog breeds were made to protect livestock from threats as large and dangerous as bears and lions, so you've got options
@@KCFarms910 im sure it was probably coyotes. They travel in packs more than a fox. I dont think a fox or two could even eat that much in one night. I think you can hear a coyote from about 4 to 5 miles away as well if what i heard is true, Very vocal animals. Smart to. The guy above has a point. Get a big dog. They know they cant beat a big dog unless many and i mean many are there and confident enough or hungry enough. Plus they would be scared of you as well. Always good to have a gun as well just in case if your allowed to discharge it without getting in trouble. Might have to ask authorities though about that one though.
Some of these are so fucking uncomfortable. I hear this shit in my backyard every few nights and it's incredibly hard to tell sometimes if it's an animal or a woman in pain

You have not know true dread and terror till youve been circled by a pack of coyotes that you cant see in the dark. But you best know, they can see you. My old man and I were walking back to the house from the barn and we heard them all around us. We just did our best to hastely get to the house. The next day our neighbor said there was a pack of about 15 behind and on the side of the barn. They were all yippin and hollerin just like this
I back up to a mountain range (Santa Ana mountains in SoCal) and only recently have the coyotes started appearing. We also just had a big wildfire in the mountains, so I’m guessing they pushed into the urban areas looking for food. Kinda cool to listen to.

I swear for 20 minutes it sounded like that one scene in 101 dalmatians all all the dogs of London start a bark chain to help find the lost puppies 😅. Now it's just eerily quite.
