Thanks for this. I struggled with a handful of attempts on my own before trying your method. It was a lot dicier because for some reason my Cynthia wasn't doing near as much damage, so I had to awaken zone a third time (though I somehow did it accidentally while swapping Suzette and Cynthia to the back row to recover MP) and do a third AF, but it worked out in the end.
This was super helpful. I used alter Tsukiha with the wind zone grasta, alter Dewey, and AS Radias; took me more turns but the extra turns of awakened zone helped reduce the time crunch, and I didn't end up having to use Another Force.

I just finished that fight myself with Sesta, Alter Suzette, AS Yipha and AS Soira. I just shredded her although i got killed in my first try because i let Vares live. After the fight i watched Myules skills and my jaw dropped. Myules became insane now with her True Manifest.

I used Sesta, AS Yipha, AS Soira, AS Garam, with Heena and Myrus in back, and Tetra to heal. Twinblade on turns one and two, I think an AF on three to kill Vares again, then a rest turn to set wind (grasta on Garam) during which Myrus helpfully awakened the zone for me, then another twinblade. Something like that anyway. I may have missed a turn.

Interesting that that the apocaryhia conditions are replaxed including noahlxis recruitment and the 2 superbosses when trying against cardinal flower it is still very tanky for experienced and yet rookie dps outputs players and still has those extra lives and it's damage output appears more manageable you still should watchout
Yeah, this one took me quite some time to nail down. I used the same team as you except I used AS Yipha instead of AS Soira. I'm trying to see if I can beat her with an earth team, but I'm not certain who would be best. Also, yeah, I can imagine free team would be quite difficult to use here.
Hi Wil, can you explain something to me i am using a eva, flammelapis, gariyu and alter shion for this fight. My team has all the top tier grastas and weapons equipped (best weapons and grastas in the game), like gariyu has all pain plus bulls eye grasta with true manifest weapon equipped. So after using paper tiger, myrus becomes weak to fire and water, but while my flammelapis and eva hits for decent damage 10 mil in one turn but my gariyu and alter shion hits for 0 damage. Is myrus immune to fire magic? How is it hitting for 0 damage? Plus they hit for 0 damage in lokido's true manifest fight as well
In both cases (and most newer boss fights) the bosses have high type resist equipped as a permanent buff so you need a lot of type resist down to do significant damage. Also, in Myrus' case, if Vares does his thing, he makes Myrus have a permanent barrier while he's alive during the 3rd phase so you have to watch for that as well. Hope this helps. Finally in both fights, check the auras (they get a LOT of type/magic resist if you hit it with the wrong elements).
Gonna try subbing in garam for tank and yipha for buff I have enuff chants to upgrade cynthia and soira but gonna try save them for my (never cmg opus) alters
You can try AS or NS Garam but you lose the AF charging ability of AS Soira. You can also try subbing Curio for AS Cynthia to awaken zone. But the fight will be tougher for sure.
New player : This game is so F2P even if i pull an old character , i still can make him strong by getting true manifest weapon! After watching this video, look at how hard the boss is and how impossible to beat it with old unit New player : THIS GAME SUCK!
This is not a f2p friendly game at all. If you're new I highly suggest you avoid the superboss, battle simulator, and manifest fights since they don't move the story along and are just a cash grab. You can enjoy the story fine without them. They claim it is all beatable with free units, but this is false for a number of reasons. One, the gear the free units have usually required paid units to win, and the strategies take a lot of time and luck to get the stats to work just right.

Still failing. AS Kikyo seems like she still has more dmg output. The other thing that's killing me is Var's/Myrus AOE big hit. I'm trying to try different team setups at the moment
I didn't understand a word of this. I need to brush up on the terminology. I've been playing since launch and I miss the old boss battles. They've added way too many mechanics to this game to the point it's not even fun anymore.

This was pretty simple. Did it in 4 turns. No AF with Sesta, Yipha AS, Ruina AS, Tsukiha ES (for pain) and Lovely AS

Yes Curio should be fine because he can awaken zone and he’s a wind unit
