My wife was also unfaithful and as soon as I confirmed it, I moved out and filed for divorce. There is no way I could continue to be married to her. I don't see how anyone could. She later went through two husbands, one of them throwing her and all her things out in the street. Once a cheater always a cheater. I have since married a wonderful woman who has been with me for over 25 years. I hope to be with her for another 25 or more.

      Jim is an idiot.
      1. That postnup would never have survived court. You can't includes custody or child support in a prenup. Don't so probably invalidated all of it.
      2. It was trivial for her to simply do something which would cause him not to get through the 2.5 years anyway. Which she did by moving out. She could have blown money, gotten drunk, gotten the children involved, bad mouthed him, etc., etc. and he'd have to kick her out anyway.
      3. Even if he waited six month months and divorce, she could easily have used custody of the kids against him. She could get custody and threaten to move to Alaska unless he gives her the house. Notice that he already said she could take everything if she left the boys.
      4. It was a waste of two years of his life -- now in misery along with putting his kids through that.
      5. By 'reconciling', he gave up any rights to divorce over the affair.
      6. In the end he got 25% of the assets (which she didn't have to get), didn't avoid lawyers, less half of two years income, etc. Nothing was said of custody (prenups can promise custody). So, if he had $400k in the house he got $100k. Except he put two years of his salary into the marriage, so we'd up what... $40k maybe? That's $20k/year for with a witch, no sex, being miserable, seeing your kids go through that, etc.

She's just a woman--- this is how they are "wired"
Everything is about the feels, the surge of emotions.
This is what Chad and Tyrone offer, why 99.99% of woman seek out that one per cent of men that fall into that category.
They never really want me or you--- there's no passion or moist kitty with the nice guy, only bad boy Chad.
But at least we know all this now, we have an endless amount of proof of females true feelings towards men.
So, what are the 99% of men, the ones they don't really want, or desire, wasting our time and resources on these ungrateful, selfish, reptilian parasites for?
Just walk away, leave them to Chad, live your life for you, guys, enjoy your pursuits and hobbies free from their shaming tactics and manipulations.
Free from the self created drama and stress they bring you, free from the burden of financing their endless need for "stuff".
      Freedom beckons---

So... you have s3x only four times over a five month period, not sure if when Steve's MIL caught them counted as #4 or #5. That means... you had weeks or month between session and kept doing it. You could see your husband, children, his children, his wife, etc. dozens of times between each encounter, but still went back to do it again. It also means you planned each encounter with cold efficiency and in the full knowledge of what would happen.

That temptation would STILL be there. That man would ALWAYS be screwing her behind her husbands back. Maybe not often, but every few weeks, months, or years, they would fall in the sack together.

      2. Postnups can't cover custody or child support. Those are rights of the child. Even putting them in a post-nup probably invalidates it.
      3. It would be trivial for the wife to do something to cause him to have to break the 30 month requirement.
      4. She can always use custody of the kids to 'renegotiate'. Once she has primary custody she can move them to Alaska... or else I want the house.
      5. Contacts only work if both sides are working towards the same goal. The fact she is willing to blackmail you -- you must say with me for 30 months or else -- makes it clear she isn't to be trusted.
      6. Putting your children through 2.5 years of lies, waiting to backstab you, etc.
      7. Agreeing to not divorce immediately may actually prevent you from filing on the grounds of adultery.

He (and the boys) went through two years of this. Is 1/4 of his assets (less two years of putting more money into the marriage) worth it?
Or he could have divorced. Gotten two years of his life back, not put his sons through this, and either asked nice for the kids and house or played hardball. Was 25% worth it? This woman is a piece of work. I don't blame her husband kicking her to the curb like the 304 she is. I don't blame him for not wanting to touch her at all. She threw her life away for sex according to her wasn't worth much. Her saying that she was so innocent in high school I don't believe that bullshit. It seems to me when she met her future husband she met her "nice guy" so she felt safe and never thought he would leave her. She chose to be a stay-at-home mom. She wanted validation according to her from some other man. The only validation she needed was from her husband. She did this because she wanted to. Oh I'll just have my little fling and just be with my husband. If you believe that I have prime real estate in the Everglades for sale. I bet this wasn't the first time she ever cheated.

The key loss here is trust. People get so lost in "forgiveness" they lose sight of this. This husband has lost the ability to trust his wife as well as losing a lot of respect in the neighborhood. Here is another thing to think about. I know some people refuse to accept this but people that cheat have something inside them that is broken. The act of cheating is the last link in a chain of events. Normal trustworthy people know how to break that chain. When this wife went to that dealership she knew full dang well she was going to have a meeting alone with Steve. This is where normal people break that chain. Jim also will never be able to forget what she did. Oh, he may try to, but those demons will come back and keep coming. This is why most reconciliations implode after about 3 years, OR the couple just becomes roommates with all passion gone. I know several men that are living this way. You can see the pain in their eyes. Now, I know men cheat too, but this OP is a female. This is why I am saying that a high amount of females don't understand just how cheating messes with a man's mind. If they loved these men as they claimed most all cheating would stop!

      @TechnoMageB5 Год назад +21

"Jim also will never be able to forget what she did. Oh, he may try to, but those demons will come back and keep coming."
      This.
My first girlfriend cheated on me. Not only was the most painful thing internally that I had to do was walk away from that relationship [even told the other man he could have her for all I cared - problem was, I _did_ care, I just did what was necessary]. But even walking away, I remember that day like it was this morning.
I cannot trust fully ever since then.
I'm 25 years married now, 30 total together with my wife. She has never done anything to break my trust, and if anything has always gone out of her way to spend time with me whenever she can, even now - which I understand is highly unusual, as most marriages go kind of dead at about 7-10 years where the couple just tolerates each other.
I do my best to not take out on her what that one girl did to me, but those demons do resurface from time to time and test my mettle. While I always heed any warnings my instincts bring up, I always take the time to verify before making any decisions about anything - and that has, so far, turned out to be a sound approach.
If this is how I am with a completely different woman, imagine if I tried to stay and reconcile with the one who actually cheated on me...
Ironically, I had decided after breaking up with the cheater that I would not stay where I was not wanted. Ever. This has really served me well over the years. With any person or group, whether it be a woman, a friend, a social group, an employer - didn't matter, you demonstrate by your actions that you don't want me, I'll pack up and go elsewhere. I don't typically act on one-offs unless it's particularly egregious. I look at treatment patterns over time and, as necessary, distance myself accordingly.
Example: At one job as Technical Services Manager, I let go 4 different customers over 3 years there who were constantly pulling shenanigans - one in particular kept short paying the invoices, giving themselves the "prepay discount" without pre-paying, so after our accountant was exasperated for the umpteenth time at not being able to collect the difference, I took the phone out of her hands and spoke with the contact** - same contact who had called earlier for service - and told him since he's obviously unhappy with our service due to his refusal to fully pay for services rendered, he can go find another company to service his network. My trip to his distant neck of the woods is hereby canceled. [Um...ok?...he said, nervously.] Have a nice day. And hung up. The accountant, a woman who had been pulling her hair out moments ago trying to collect from this bastard, just looked at me wide-eyed and said "wow." I just smiled and asked, "feel better?" "Oh yeah!" Funny side effect: production in the company would start gaining for 4-6 weeks in a row each time I "fired" a customer like that, for the simple reason that I remove the chaos such toxic customers bring, allowing us to focus on those who appreciated the work we do and don't give us nonsense in return. The first two times I did that, I got an earful from the owner - after that, he just accepted it as part of doing business. Amazing how much latitude you get when you're able to improve the bottom line...
Go where people want you, want/need your services, and respect you. Whatever demons or struggles you are dealing with otherwise, put yourself in an environment most conducive to how you want to live your life. This exertion of control over your own environment is itself quite therapeutic and creates sanity. This applies _especially_ to any lifelong partner you might enter into a committed relationship with, if you're going for one. Find one who loves, values and respects YOU, and shows it.
**I had had one conversation about the invoices with him at a previous visit, just to see if he had a problem with our work, if we needed to improve in any area - nope, he was happy with what we did for him. Well, clearly not, since you didn't want to pay the bill in full...

Today I am 65. Years ago when I graduated from HS I was dating a girl a grade ahead of me. After I graduated from HS I joined the USAF and 4 years later got out. I used my GI Bill and started school at Georgia Tech. After I got out I resumed my relationship with Terri. Terri was unhappy I was in school. As I look back to that time I can see it. To make a long story short her brother Don came on the campus and told me Terri had slipped off with a group of people and cheated on me up in a hotel in Tenn. He asked me to leave Terri alone. I was devastated. I also almost flunked out of school. I was also working 2 jobs to help pay for my room and board as well as some of the things the GI Bill would not pay for. It was tough and I was only eating 1 meal a day. Sometimes I would walk the streets of Atlanta crying. Unless you have experienced this kind of betrayal you don't know how it feels. Terri also was impregnated during that trip. That news took my spirit away. I came close to quitting school and at that point in my life really did not want to exist any longer. I also had my family ignore me. I was losing weight because I was not eating. I asked for some money and was told no. I had a chance meeting with one of the School Deans and he got me some help and slowly I rebounded. I graduated from Georgia Tech and today have degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. I am also a self-taught Systems Engineer and an INCOSE ESEP. I own and operate my own Consulting company. Back to my story. I was sitting on a bench near my room listening to someone playing "The Wall" by Pink Floyd. When that part called "Another Brick in the Wall Part 3" came on. I can quote those lyrics from memory. That was the day I knew I would never be a husband. That was the day I put myself first. In the years since I have had the same family that refused to help me with food ask me for money. I told them NO! Terri tried for years to get me to talk to her. We did talk last year. Terri had breast cancer and as a favor to her brother, I spoke to her. Terri passed away last year. I did not attend her funeral. My main issue is Terri took my ability to trust away. In the years since I have been in relationships, but I will NEVER allow a female to hurt me again.

Yep, she had the "bad boy fling" when she was 18 and craved it again. It was not surprising that she went for that again, regardless of the potential ramifications that might happen with her family, marriage, or anything else. She was thinking with the organ between her legs and nothing else mattered.
She got wet and horny and had zero control of her urges. That's the secret most women can't accept, that they will give up ANYTHING if a guy gets them wet and horny or gives them a strong O. It's the hormones, and any logical reactions will be suppressed over the emotional and physical reactions those women have to these guys. And the women typically say "I don't know how that happened", it's called thinking with your vagina, and women are worse than men when it really hits them, zero control of thinking of the future.
It's the reason women lust after some guys and marry others. What do all these stories have in common? "I loved my husband and was completely fulfilled by him emotional and physically." No you weren't, because if you truly were, no amount of temptation would sway you and you wouldn't even put yourself in these situations. It's all just excuses for poor impulse control. It's truly sad that many of the women in these stories talk about the "attention I wasn't getting" yet what had they done to get that attention? Had they talked to their spouse about it? Tried to stiry things up in their apparently stale marriage, etc? Or did they sit back, do nothing, and then make excuses that the excitement and things had faded? Did they go to the gym, take care of themselves and look good physically? That's one positive way to get your husband to always give you attention. If you're not doing any of those things it's not surprising that there was no spark or attention being given. Long term relationships take WORK to keep strong and vital and engaged.

An affair is probably the single most disrespectful thing a woman can do to a man and loss of trust is irreparable.

What is the benefit in marrying a whore? Or marrying a Whoremonger? The result is us listening to stories on RUclips, and commenting as if we are saints, because we were not caught, and have not been caught yet. I am glad that I am saved, that I truly believe God, when he says no sex before marriage, I practice that (not easy) and will teach that to my children. Jesus is Lord.

A woman cheats for 3 reasons: 1) She sees her husband getting better-looking as he ages, while she's getting uglier. She needs to relive her youth by having an affair with a younger man. 2) She wants to get "kinky", but can't emotionally detach enough to feel comfortable doing these acts with her husband, so she has an affair. 3) She's bored, and wants to to something forbidden to "spice up" her life. She cheats for the excitement of cheating, and would never want her husband to do this to her. Amy cheated for reasons 1 and 3.
Amy was sure she'd get away with this. She did this as a jealous way of "stabbing Jim in the back" for being a high-value man, all the while enjoying her SAHM life. Admittedly, she claimed that Jim was a better lover than Steve, but the s-time with Steve was good because of the sheer excitement of doing something behind Jim's back. She's incredibly immature and insecure. She's obviously attracted to whatever look Charles and Steve both have, but her husband goes to the gym, so he's probably in good physical shape. Jim being in good shape probably also fueled her desire to "stab him in the back". Truth be told; though, she never intended to get caught, and was planning on continuing this whole "game" with Steve.
Jim's stipulations were spot-on, and I wouldn't doubt if he started seeing another gal. Amy might not be aware of it. Gals like Amy get desperate when they see there man is going to leave them. We've seen this in other stories. They're willing to do just about anything to keep their man from leaving or regaining his love and trust. Good for Jim for finally kicking her to the curb. I'm sure he'll find a younger, prettier gal to "move on" with, and when he does, Amy will feel even more ashamed of herself. Another woman got HER man...

    • @LH-lv4zs

@@hermesten1000, it could be damage control, but cheaters have also admitted that the s-x with their partner is good, but they just want more of a good thing.

Up until a couple of years ago in Taiwan, it was a crime (minor). You'd get convicted and all that goes with it and it would follow you for the rest of your life. You would have to have the cops catch them in the act. So, it paid to be buddy's with the cops.

She does play games with the truth, Jim should paternity test his kids. I don't think this is her first affair ,ill bet there were other guys like Charles in charge. She was too much of a pro for this to be her first you can always notice that by how they handle their affair. Jim played this one well, and will find a good wife someday

If you cheat then don't lie and say you love the person you cheated on. Because if you loved him you wouldn't have cheated.

Response 2 - Let him go you will only cheat with the next bad boy you meet. Don’t stitch him in the divorce.

Even if it was “only” four times, once is enough.

"OOOPS, I willfully screwed around on my husband for 3 years" does not compare to "OOOPS, I accidentally backed into the mailbox."
One is a moral crime and one is a mistake.

The trust took years to build, and she destroyed it - technically instantly the first time she cheated, probably before it even got physically intimate. It's unlikely she could ever get that trust back.
