So it's not advisable to add points to those skills. Before you finish casting resu theu all swarming at you. Most players will go kill the support first. Maybe in mvp or mini fight it's useful but I'll be focusing on pvp build since it's the fun part of playing.

Mostly all build for physical are str dex and luk. Luk is useful to make your skill proc critical damage.
