I'm 44 years old, I've been working nights for 18 years. With Rhodiola I can do my strength training for an hour, and then I will run for another 45 minutes, every day. And I can have this daily performance, thanks to Rhodiola.
About 8 yrs ago I had a car accident and ended up with Short Term Memory Loss which was getting worse and worse. Checked out Peer Reviewed Medical Journals in depth and found 2 herbs that may support. I tried Bacopa first for 3-4 months using larger dosages to no avail. Then I tried Rhodiola in a standardized form. The end result in short order - This stopped my memory loss and over the long term improved it some. Of course Allopathic Medicine was irreveliant.
Watching this while i just ordered fadogia and NMN xD One question that i find interesting, would be cool to hear your opinion on it. So i have all these longevity supps at home (gluthatione, quercetin, rapamycin, reservatrol,...) but i only take them sporadically and not every day. Is there still any positive effect and can it be measured how great the effect (or in this case effect reduction) is? Taking this stuff every day for the rest of life would cost a lot of money. Especially if you also want to hook up your parents on this. So im wondering what a lesser dose might be that is still effective.
Just started taking terranova-red yeast rice-coq 10 and bergamot-complex. The Red Yeast Rice (*Ankascin 568-R® from monascus purpureus) is monacolin/statin-free, and I’m wondering if this does lower cholesterol. Thanks very much. Nicola
So watched the video and what I got from it is these will make very minor differences if any but not necessary. I’m assuming other factors would do more good than these supplements like sleep, resistance training, nutrition, stress, etc. I do think that some individuals might be fit from some of these just because genetic predisposition to certain illness/symptoms/ medical conditions or work lifestyle… like military, nurses, doctors, law enforcement… I think people would rather be safe than sorry and will continue to take most over rated supplements. At least that’s my opinion but great information. I’m actually going to rewatch to take notes.
Omega 3 supplements trigger weird heart palpitations for me and i saw some studies that it could increase the risk of afib...just something to be aware of
When you were giving the acceptable dose range for Fadogia, it made me think of a question that I have not seen regularly addressed, that is the role of extract concentration, particularly for compounds that are from plants. You suggest 200-300 mg for Fadogia as the safe limit. Does this mean for the plain root powder? Now the Fadogia in Gorlla Mode Sigma full dose is 600 mg of a 10 to 1 extract. Surely 300 mg of the plain root powder is not the same potency as 300 mg of a 10 to 1 or 20 to 1 extract! Perhaps in future yt videos you could begin to address the potency equivalence issue when comparing different extract concentration ratios. Seems this is a neglected detail that could be significant.
I noticed some quite big changes after taking rhodiola as in I got 3 wishes from a genie 🧞♂️ I’m now a multi billionaire! Etc not sure if it’s just placebo effect tho 🤔
Man, y'all are gold. Great free information for public.

NMN as a precursor to NAD? Why not just take NAD?
I take omega 3 mainly to balance them favorable to omega 6.

Do you think Tongkat Ali would fall under this bracket?
