it's an exploit not a glitch and it has been used for more than 8 months but the exploit is just now getting popular

its a glitch that requires an exploit. the scroll dropping is the glitch, but u need an exploit in order to kill the tyn tails to begin with

You need to cheat to kill tyn tailed in the first place though. It really needs to be fixed because it only works if someone hacks.
