I love this video as a breast cancer survivor, when I had cancer I always wondered how people that were so involved in my life that cared about me felt or were thinking.
Skin Deep, you speak to me through all of your videos. I crave such depth in my life and all my relationships. Keep doing what you do.....it shows the world in a beautiful light.

I'm not sure how to feel after watching this. an overwhelming sense of sadness that he is unwell and at the same time I can smile because his friends genuinely care for him and they love him. His attitude as well oh my gosh. I surely took away a few lessons from Keith. sometimes all you need in life is a little love to keep you going, and you cannot let life's curveballs knock you down.can't wait for the next episode.

I remember my dad tellung me to keep in touch with my aunt ... so i called her she said you know i love you. and u have pretty eyes. next week. my dad says call her make sure shes ok. i call her my other aunt picks up. she says she cant talk to u but she can hear you. so i mustve said a million times i love her. and thank you. ahhhh man i miss her so much.

I really like this new segment from The Skin Deep, but I have to say that I'd much rather see more of {THE AND}. I like studying the face-to-face interactions between people, and it might be because the reactions would be more instantaneous and authentic from both sides of the conversation, rather than only one. It kinda felt like Keith was holding himself back a little so as to not speak over the clip. Perhaps you could pause every once in a while to gauge what the reactor thinks of the answers to the same question, for example.
this series is going to be a huge success. I was able to fight back the tears this time. Man I am in love with this channel. Great job guys. goodness.

Halfway through, I am already having a fight with my tears. This is such a touching tribute to everyone who is suffering. This has truly made me think twice about how I treat people. Everyone is fighting their own battles and it would be nice to be a lil bit kinder to each other.
I hope Keith well. I also hope that the love his friends have for him will give him the strength for his own battle.

I too am living with incurable cancer and while everyone's experience is unique to them, getting to be a spectator into parts of your experience is not only inspiring but cathartic. Thank you for sharing a snippet of your life with us. Each of your friends/loved ones were moving in their own right but your professor's dialogue cut right through me (in a good way). Keep those chapters coming!

I have dealt with cancer in both my parents. People who love you hurt for you no matter the circumstances. The “c” word is still scary to me as much as I’ve dealt with it in the past 8 years. It doesn’t mean cancer will take a loved one, but diagnosis is the start of an uncertain journey. It is the uncertainty that is most frightening. I see you are so loved by your friends. Nothing means more to this tough situation than positive energy to combat the fear. I learned that from my dad. I see that positive energy in you and your circle of support. I wish you the best, Keith!
I sobbed! This past September my mom was diagnosed with both stage 4 liver cancer & bone cancer so I know what it's like to be on the outside of the window but I don't know how it feels to be on the inside. I do know, the most important thing is support & to just be there. Keith is sooooo inspiring ❤️️

I think am depressed and I have alot of ups and lows due to some sittuations that am in or maybe thats just a part of who I became ... do u know when watching somethin sometimes makes u feel a live, like heart warming and inspirational videos make that effect on a person and watching how great of a person you are and the impact that u leave on your loved ones,s lives ..how you are person whom they can relay on and how creative and strong and hardworking u are ..gave me apush and some energy to keep myself thinking positively ... so thank you for that and u are definitely aperson who I would love to have afriend like and the people in ur life are lucky that they are in it ...btw u remind me of kevin heart for some reason , best wishes and much love for agreat person like you who lights up a candel in life instead of cursing the darkness
Thank you so much for your words. It's okay to be depressed, it's okay to acknowledge that you are in a shit situation. This is the first step to taking your life back. Sometimes you have to sit in your depression in order to find out what's wrong. We're not cogs; we're human beings dealing with ridiculous circumstances. Keith, let go of fighting against how beautiful you truly are. Let go of clinging on to who your father has defined you to be. Feel the rawness of what was done to you. Even if that in itself goes against what you were taught was acceptable. It is safe to receive love. I hope I am not wrong in what I am sensing, if so, I am sorry. I can relate. You are not alone. It is tough to revisit the old wound & the original pain, but I have heard that is the key. Fall apart. And allow yourself to be caught (this advice is also for me) by who you truly are. A miracle in a body. Best to you.
