good vid! More advice for you out there....your handle likely keeps breaking because that dang linkage inside the door to the handle rod keeps binding. You can see it going down from the handle and connecting to the inner hand rod. Spray the mess out of that linkage with your favorite lubricant. Then work the inside door handle rod (the one that is parallel to the ground when you have the door panel off) back and forth 20-30 times to really get that linkage working smoothly again. My new handle wouldn't even work until I did this and now it's like new. Also to gain accesss to the bolt closest to the door edge pop off that little rubber piece then you can stick your socket extension in straight. Don't know if that was mentioned in the vid. Happy wrenchin!
I got some jb weld nd reinforced the new handles at the weak spots where the old ones broke I did this a day before I took the door apart. And then I used jb weld on the old handles and have them on the shelf for spairs.

@T Coastal good for you. You probably didn't need a tutorial on how to fix something so basic you should have just know how to do it intuitively with you superior mechanical knowledge

Not very helpful mine has handles to open the windows. And where do you start. It would be better to start the video before taking anything off. 73

Toyota makes the best plastic. Use OEM or opt for the metal handles. Used to replace them yearly so far they've lasted 3yrs & still going.

Why couldn't you just show us from start to finish, not starting with the door panel already off? This is like a 60% tutorial.
Probably cause if you can't take the panel off you shouldn't be trying to change the handle 🤣

Not going to lie, putting the 2 bolts for the handle from the inside sucked! But i got it changed out. Thanks for the info m8.
