Hi. Have been to the Temple Bar in Dublin. Loved it
Hello! Yes, it's a lot of fun in the Temple Bar. We enjoyed all of Dubin! We would love to go back! Thanks for watching and for leaving a comment!
Thanks for the online pub crawl!
You're welcome! I wish we were there now!
That looks like a fun street for sure, there are so many choices to eat and drink, you would need months there to go through them all 😂 That wasn't terrible for your dinner and drinks, normal even for here 😊 Are all those places open for lunch too? Would you go back ? I would have had to have a beer in each one 🤪🤣 Thanks Steve and Sue, we hope you two have a wonderful weekend 😀
Good morning Mark & Michelle! Yes, most of the pubs open around 10 am for lunch, and some even have breakfast! We were warned that Dublin was expensive, but the prices were like the US, and an entire pint of Guiness for 5-6 euros was not bad at all! We would go back...maybe to visit the north next time...the food, music, people, pubs and the very tasty Guiness & Sue's favorite their apple ciders, are all calling us back! Thanks for watching...Happy Saturday!
Hello sir Steve and miss Sue..you love th stew, well ut looks yummy but i love the seafood and the temple bar is full pack of people..the place is beautiful to visit and still beautiful at night..enjoy and be safe dear couple ❤
Yes, the city of Dublin and the country of Ireland are both beautiful places to visit. Great food. Great people! Lots of fun. Put it on your list Yani! Thanks for watching!
Whoh so they raise the prices during the night at the Temple Bar ? 😯 Have heard about this place but didn't know that ! Haha that guy in the green jacket at Brannigans needs his own RUclips channel haha 😄. Loved the river and all of the beautiful streets. Like that they have live celtic music in the bars there too. So the Temple Bar is the Nashville of Dublin ! I enjoyed your tour of this beautiful place :) ~ Anna
Hi Anna! Yes they do! Several locals warned us about the nighttime price increase! Yes, the way the pubs are all next to each other with live music, it was just like our Nashville! So I guess we could also say that Nashville is the Temple Bar of the US! Thanks for watching!
You had great weather! Loved the music. I know you visited the Guinness Storehouse-did you try Smithwicks or Murphy’s?
Yes, we tried all the beers in town and the ciders! Sue loved the local apple ciders, but the Guinness was my favorite! Thanks for watching!
Haha you love those stews.
You are right HW! Those stews were the best I have ever had! We would go back just for the stews! Have a great rest of the weekend! Thanks for watching!
Loved the local!! 😂
Looks very clean, and the architecture is kept up well. So, no one minded you videotaping them? I'm surprised but glad you didn't have to hide faces.
I can't compare this to Nashville, but it's much nicer than Bourbon Street in New Orleans!! And cleaner!! Thanks for not showing the puke in the streets. 😊
Was this not your first time in Ireland? You said Storehouse was your favorite, so you've been there before?
Oh, and good music selection.
Hey! The locals did not mind going on camera at all! Every local we met were very engaging & fun! Yes, the Temple Bar area was well kept. We have not been to New Orleans but it's on our list. Is it worth it? It was our first trip to Ireland but during our 8 days in Dublin we ended up at the Storehouse a few times and it quickly became one of our favorites. So, when Sue & I walked the Temple Bar area near the end of our trip, we had to stop there one last time! Glad you liked the video...thanks for watching and have a great weekend!
New Orleans is worth seeing one time. We stayed in the French Quarter within walking distance of Canal and Bourbon Streets. We were not impressed with the streetcar system. So I would recommend taking your own vehicle or perhaps trying the bus system. Though parking or the cost to park is more expensive.
Seeing the lighthouse was fun. Bourbon Street only needed to be seen once, in my opinion. 😀
Oh, and my recommendation is Cafe Beignet over the popular Cafe du Mond.
@@lisabryan9050 hey, thanks! We'll certainly keep that all in mind if we ever make it down there!
Not really doolin in county clare would fit that description better
Hey, that could be. Thanks for leaving a comment and thanks for watching!
Hate temple bar . Go 10 minutes walk , in authentic Dublin , Irish drink themselves. Prices lower , and don't get headache 😊
You are so right and as you can see from our other video we walked around to see all the other bars outside of the temple bar area and absolutely loved cobblestone and also branigan's! And if you're heading to Dublin, I would go see Temple bar just to see it but then head outside that area to drink for a more authentic experience! Thanks for watching and thanks for leaving a comment. Cheers!
Ten dollars my goodness these are stadium and arena event prices
I want to try the stew have a wonderful and safe weekend CHEERS
Let me tell you...it is worth the trip just for the stews and the Guiness! Both were fantastic. But yes, don't drink in the Temple Bar area at night or its going to cost you! Thanks for watching!
@@TravelwithNJSteveandSue Will go bankrupt
@@TravelHungryForLife Sure will at those prices!
