Very interesting museum some very good displays . In relation to the Revelstoke cameras on the road xing are they on the museum or elsewhere . Just interested to know .
@@travelingtom923 Being in the UK makes it difficult to travel to the museum , I enjoyed the experience of the Museum video although not the real thing i know but nearest i can get to it . Very interesting displays and historical facts put in a very good way .Interesting about the Railcar and its various uses over time . My initial question was where is the museum is it rail connected and are the cameras on the building . Thanks for your reply . Best wishes . Mike Mayer.
@@mikemayer4303 There is a triple track main line right next to the museum that is fairly busy. The museum is not connected to the main line but it wouldn't be to hard to reconnect if they needed to. I believe the cameras are mounted right under the roof ledges facing either direction of the incoming or outgoing trains. www.google.com/maps/place/Revelstoke+Railway+Museum/@51.0032856,-118.2000037,247m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x53793710157d2cbb:0x3258acc194609af2!8m2!3d51.0039863!4d-118.2004318
Beautifully done. Wonderful old photos. Incredible attention to detail. A lot of dedicated people put a lot of work into this museum.
