Do you have a business Paypal account that shows customers your business name when they want to send you payments? You will need to perform atleast $50 transaction in the Payoneer to get the receiving account.If you have a friend who has money in his or her Payoneer account,you can let him send it to you to get the receiving account and later send it back to him.Because you can’t top up Payoneer account with your Visa card or master card
