You find calmness. Clarity. DEEP relaxation. When I break and can’t take anymore, I come here. I feel safe here. The response is instant. Sandra has a true gift. I'm isolated in an abusive situation and it's really scary. I'm frozen and don't know how to get out. It's also triggering childhood trauma. It sucks. Please pray for me. I barely feel real most days.

Yes, absolutely. I suggest you start with the guided session called "breaking contracts with dark forces" and then I suggest doing the 4 circle exercise every morning and every evening before bedtime. I have a 5 min video called "energetic protection" and in that video I show you how to use the 4 circles technique. It's also good to do the rainbow body chakra clearing on a regular basis to keep your energy field pure and resilient.
Beautiful meditation as I am discovering your channel. Very soothing. I could feel - and still can feel after the meditation - a lot of warm, calming energy. I am sure that by doing this meditation regularly, an awareness will grow of how the 4 protective energy bubbles are present around me.
