I wish you showed all the utlis in the set on camera. LIke the light falling on it reveals the etchings better. Still the best content out there for collectors.
I have a (nearly) full set of TLM as well, but I make sure to only collect german TLM unlimited. The reason is, that the german unfirst print was most likely printed in the US. They look way different from German 1st edition. They have American cardstock, very light, American Inking, American Ultimate-Stamps, and the scuffing on the back. This is very interesting, as you would assume that the cards are American on first glance, but on closer inspection, they are actually german. The 1st edition german print has the regular european-quality, I am not sure whether this applies to french and italian as well.
TLM is such a good set...btw: you could have mentioned, that the Euro TLM cards comes with kind of a glossy cardstock, which is quite unique compared to any other set after LOB and the old starter decks❤
I think that debate as to what set starts Gx is so superficial. There were cards that came before that were GX based and ones after that were DM based. What is obvious and clearly important is the change in set styles and structure from AST and SOD. Ultimate rares, 60 card sets and sets numbered/ordered by card type.
Hey Omar do you think you can do a video on Euro and American print cards? I feel so lost trying to tell if a PSA card is one or the other from one picture. Also why do some people prefer one over the other for certain sets? Would love to be more informed on this as I collect more
