This was around when I got my first Joe (Sea Aventurer). This catalog brings a lot of good memories. On my first G.I. Joe Christmas, I got Secret Mission to Spy Island and Danger of the Depths. I also had the plain tan Jeep, without the trailer and gun. Maybe the stand alone Jeep was a toy exclusive? Or specific to Canada?
I am not sure if you are able but scanning those pages, or at least the Gi joe pages and creating a simple PDF for fans to download would be a big hit. If you need help or advise on how to do this I would be happy to help. Best wishes.😊
@@BoysOfCinnamonCat Let me suggest something. I am part of a group of guys who love GI Joes. If you can manage to scan it and send me the images. I will create the PDF and distribute it for free via a download link to anyone who wants a copy. It would be a great keepsake. Just watching you go through it brought me back to my fondness for Sears catalog at christmas time and checking out the Joes. I will be glad to do all the graphic artwork and distribution via my google drive. Just need some good scans or quality photos. I can advise on the set up for picture taking to avoid glare. I used to be a professional photographer. Please just think about it.
this is great. what a piece of history.
Yes very fun to look through!
Excelent
Thanks!
That is awesome 😎
Thank you!
That was fun trip. Such discipline in not jumping to the GI Joe right away. Keep them coming. 👍🏻
Thanks! More to come!
Cool stuff mate, my little brother got the Action Man training tower for his birthday one year, great memories
I think the Action Man tower was in green. A fun set.
@@BoysOfCinnamonCat I remember it being very orange mate!! At least that's the picture I get in my brain when I think on it

The tan AT jeep was a JC Penney exclusive.
