      Put the type c on tablet with the icon of multiple cables, the second watching in front of you the creen. That's my problem lol

      It’s prob from the usb port on your computer, it should have the same symbol next to it like what’s on the usbs (that’s what’s happening with mine)

    mac m1 no da video si da el touch pero no se ve , y en android imposible no lo eh logrado

    I bought UE 12 plus Combo, but the 3- in one cable isnt in the package. Can you send it? I did email costumer service but no response
