Hi, you have an excellent method of showing houses, it's very easy to follow the "flow" or layout of a property with your tours! A lot of agents get this wrong. Please, increase the volume of your voice, in a lot of your videos it is at about 90% of where it should be and it can be hard to hear you. It seems like you are overlaying music audio with your descriptive audio, maybe just reduce the volume of the music a little bit and increase the volume of your voice a bit, it would make a huge difference. We can always lower the volume if it is too loud but we can't raise it beyond max on the toolbar. Great, content keep up the good work.

Again I witnessed a bad design quality. 2300 sqft plot and about approx 3300 sqft, with crunch spaces and no grills in windows. This is bit unsafe considering the Mumbai Juhu locality and place.
Well laid out, pity about the kitchen which should have integrated appliances and not as you suggested on the balcony. Curtains should have been automated at the least. Overall it’s quite a basic build for 30CR
very reasonably priced. you can literally own a piece of land that too 2300 sq ft in 30 cr in juhu
Why there is wardrobe in your Bathroom. Isnt it weird to keep the clothes at the same place where you poop. Also wouldn't clothes get damped and smelly because of the moisture from the shower.

30 CR for this? The plot area should’ve been at least double, and if the lift doesn’t even go upto 2nd floor then what’s the point? And there’s literally no interior work done, which would take 50L max for the whole house. And the useless parking area, not even a pool… such a disappointment

This house should be bought for INR. 30 lakhs bcoz the other INR 29.7 cr will be spent on renovation. I mean you spent 30 cr and the 1st thing your guest see entering your home is a washing machine .
