Peppermint Extract
Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 cup vodka
½ - ¾ cup fresh mint leaves, washed and dried
DIRECTIONS
1. Place the mint leaves into a jar. Pour the vodka on top.
2. Seal and shake the jar a couple times. Add more vodka if necessary.
3. Store in a cool, dry place for about 8 weeks. Shake the bottle about once a week.

Gingerbread Spice Mix
Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp + 1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp ground allspice
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 ½ tsp ground nutmeg
1 ½ tsp ground cloves
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all the spices in a bowl. Then divide between jars.
