heejin may not be the best singer in loona but imo she has the prettiest voice and the way she is able to control it is so impressive. her adlibs are always my favorite !
I think Haseul has the heart and the tone for singing, but her chest voice isn't very strong. I think Chuu's voice is the strongest, but her technique might not be as healthy as Haseul's. Not 100% sure about that, but her high notes in See Saw are cut off so sharply, I think they're not supported. I think Yves and Heejin have the potential to come for that top spot too. And who even knows about Miss Olivia Hye
For Love Cherry Motion, its actually Kim Lip who does the adlibs, Choerry sings "loveee" then they crossfaded Kim Lips voice after that. You can hear the complete change in vocal tone. Kim lip is very nasal and suffers from a lot of nasality and you can tell its her :)

In Eclipse the adlibs go up to A5 in falsetto, the producers just must not have thought KimLip's sounded good enough for her song, so they used Charli taft instead. In LCM, the adlibs are all in KimLip's mix, and are quite low in her mix so they don't possess that much challenge. It's 100% kimlip :)

first off, i see a lot of debates about main vocalist. sooyoung, haseul, and jiwoo are 100000% possible for that position. we aren't here to bash vocals, okay? loona members will pretty much all have lead vocalist roles with the exception of POSSIBLY go won. we have no clue what olivia is going to bring to the table either, so it's safe to say none of these girls are incapable of singing. bbc's goal was to have all members be able to be a lead vocalist if they were to be in a different group. let's focus on how talented all of these girls are (yes, yeojin is included).

honestly for me it'll be : main vocals = chuu (everyone agrees lol), haseul (she has wonderful high notes and a perfect technic), heejin (her voice is very soft and she is able to hit high notes like no one else) lead vocals = kim lip (her voice is so soft and clear, but a bit nasal), jinsoul (she got a wonderful voice but since she'll probably be a main rapper ...) and yves (i love her voice skfkskfkd)

Haseul has a better vocal technique than Heejin, although Heejin is the one who does all the high notes but that’s because her notes are very clean and stable. Overall, Heejin will mainly focus on dancing while Haseul focus on singing.
