I live in Kent. My favourite castle here is not actually Dover, it's Hever Castle. It's a very beautiful and relaxing place to visit.

Michaela Hoffman Google it and it will tell you everything you need to know. Wikipedia also has information. I recommend going in the summer when the flowers are in bloom.

Hever's lovely, though would come in third for me after Dover and Walmer. Then again, who needs favourites when you live in Kent? There are so many that you need never choose.
