@@VincenteChijiokeWhen we talk about Government's social services like grants, student fund & access to health care it doesn't mean its coming from people who r called "Government " who decided they want to help SAns by blessing them
In SA citizens contribute from their earnings to build their country and to help those who cnt contribute such as elderly & children.
The fact is SA working class r the ones who are paying to make sure SA's economy runs smoothly and everyone is fed.
The confusion here is the term "Government" in most African countries its usually men who masquerade as leaders who are selfish, greedy and who are comfortable seeing their citizens starve to death.
In SA people who r elected to manage public Money are held to account, u dnt do as u please with public money and get off the hook because u r black , SAns call out their leaders. Now that's that's the system of Government in SA

My saying this is based off the fact that some of these investor visa Caribbean countries have lost their visa free entry to Schengen countries which is the most developed Europe because of this scheme. As EU countries started noticing the loopholes affecting them, by undesirables gaining access to their Schengen visa travel so eg Nigerian are going obtaining St Kitts passport by saving up for 250k USD and their plan is to get to EU…saw that with some of their RUclips content creators

Even after the 10 years then your entry into that country is declined or refused. Also, as it relates to the Golden passport scheme, there are sooo many rules around that. The question is, what are the conditions of the deportation given to the deportee?
We have a minimum of a five year ban for a foreigner overstaying their visa by a month. What is the regulation for overstaying for years past your visa expiration date?
If a foreigner overstayed, how did he legitimately start and continueto do "business", with an expired visa?
He/she was now an illegal immigrant and all proceeds of any business he/she conducted must be considered a crime. This individual should get upward of a ten year ban, if DHA is doing their job properly.
The DHA will have to do biometric data collection of each and every foreigner prior deportation. Thoroughly vet each and every deportee to determine what they have in the country (money in the bank, moveable and immovable property etc.) how it was acquired, by checking tax and bank records from his/her time of arrival in South Africa.
I the foreigner can not provide proof that the money to buy houses/houses, cars etc was earned by legitimate means, the Asset Forfeiture Unit must get to work. Everything must be frozen and attached.
Let's see if almost starting from scratch will be that easy. If they are wise, they'll stay in their home country and invest their millions there.
