We all have our good days too

I had a pretty bad breakdown over the weekend but it helped me work through most of what was going on with me and brought clarity to quite a lot of the things going on in my life right now.
Over all the past two days haven't been the best but the have been far from the worst so it's good to be getting back to being my old self again.
