      best exercises for L5-S1 disc herniation. presently i have no pain, but i feel when i get up after sleep . Also let us know exercises for back strengthening.

    I had l4 an l5 fussion my back problem has not got any better wish i never had it done that was back in 2015

      @@DrWalterSalubro the surgerion said the couldn't get it completely back lined up it's off by 1cm knowing this is big part of it, my nerve was pinch badly but should straighten up with it didn't before had surgery I went to carpractor I would feel better now I can't get one to touch my lower back any more since had surgery

      @@DrWalterSalubro I took my self off the pain pills but I do take devil's claw that help more than the pain pills did and I don't have all the side effects because it's natural I try to do those exercises and it just makes it hurt worse now I am permanent disable since before my surgery I do get up move around as much as I can but still have to be laying down every hour far 30 mins to relieve the pressure. So please any advice I would appreciate it
