  • The UGV02 series is a 6 wheels × 4WD mobile robot chassis, which features superb off-road crossing ability and shock-absorbing performance, open source all code for secondary development. It supports multiple host computers (Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano, Jetson Orin Nano, etc), the host computer can communicate with the ESP32 slave computer through the serial port.

    These robots are amazing it would be great to see this series evolve over time.
    The documentation as stated is not easy for beginners and although some of us are publishing repos with examples it would be nice to see better docs.
    I got the Wave Rover and did not check it only supports two encoders it would be nice to be able to purchase an upgraded version of the Wave Rover with the board that comes with this one that supports four encoders or even better an upgrade pack that includes the board and four n20 motors with encoders.
    Hopefully we see more UGV models in the future!

    We need more tutorials, and better showcases how to code all the UGV models. I really like the UGV Beast, but the documentation is a nightmare for beginners! This UGV models have a such great potential, but there is not much info about how to use it or make own code. especial for beginners it is verry hard. Please add some cool examples how to use the LIDAR to get the UGV autonomus driving, how to integrate chat gpt or speech commands. Also i would like to know more, how to build the GUI for html controlling the robot. Is there a editor for this? Also the integrated speaker are not loud enough! I think, if it would be more easy for noobs to get deeper into this robot, that you will get more ppl, buy this really nice UGV products.

      Do you know if this model comes with encoders in the motors? This and other videos say it does, the wiki says it does not. Very confusing.

    What is the maximum load it can carry in pounds?
