And when you breath in expand your diaphragm outward and upon exhale slowly push the air from your lungs and then push the air from your tummy so to speak. Go slow and be aware while you are doing this. This is a safe exercise and very effective.

You probably know how both the Eye and pentagram = 33, just guessing. Would this be considered proof that what we live in was designed intentionally? It's good enough for me.

I'm not sure what you mean "the eye and pentagram = 33 but 33 is the number I first awoke to but I've since been shown my number is 77 it is a number that has followed me around my whole life but was unaware up until 2 years ago but if you are referring to gematria I use one based upon the number 7 developed by Marty Leeds 33 martyleeds33.com/gematria-calculator/
