Soup pa lang pang mayaman na FRENCH ONION SOUP wow. Naglalaway na ako lalo na kung ang takip nito ay buong mozzarella cheese na melted. I love that onion soup haaayyyyyyyy....
I think they used a phyllo dough for their empanada crust. Usually , phyllo is used for Mediterranean or Greek pastries pastries like baklava , spinach/feta cheese pie. Phyllo dough is also use to make apple turnovers and strudels. Since I am from San Pedro Laguna, I will definitely visit that place on my vacation
Flaky pastry dough yung ginamit. I saw crimping sa video, which cannot be done sa phyllo. 😊 I agree ang sarap nga rin ng baklava and spanakopita, matrabaho lang gawin!😅
What a great video. Thank you for posting. Makes me want to visit. My comment is that the empanada truffle is most likely not real truffle mushroom. It's very rare and very very expensive. A mere thin slice about the size of a quarter coin would cost hundreds of dollars. Further, isn't that more of a baklava? Not empanada?
Flaky po siya kasi puff pastry ginamit and not the traditional empanada dough. Actually, turnover po ang tawag talaga dyan. Even the folding, the shape and pleating are not for empanada but turnover. So basically, that is not empanada but a turnover. They just decided to call it empanada. They are very different.
Their price is a big turn off. I'd rather go to 5 star hotel and restaurants than eat in this restaurant. I live here in USA and everytime I go home, I spend time with my family dining out in hotels and buffets in Metro Manila but this one - I won't visit because way exorbitant.
Sinubukan naming pamilya kumain dito. Hinde naman masarap yung mga putahe. Halos lahat ng empanada hinde masarap pwera sa isa. Ang daming langaw sa loob ng kainan. Overall, not worth the effort going there. The dining experience is overrated.
it's good that they opened their doors na for public, not just for private events and entire property booking
