Ingredients and method
Beef mince 500grams with 20 % Fats or 10% atleast.
Garlic grated 1 Tbsp.
Ginger Grated 1 Tbsp .
Green chillies 2 to 3 Tbsps.
Fresh coriander chopped 1/2 cup.
Pomegranate seeds crushed 1 Tbsp.
Tomatoes chopped 1/2 cup without seeds.
Onion Chopped 1/2 cup squeezed water.
Salt 1 Tbsp.
Red chilli powder 1 Tsp.
Chilli flakes 1 and 1/2 Tbsps.
Coriander seeds crushed 1 & 1/2 Tbsps.
Carom seeds 1 Tsp.
Cumin powder 1 Tsp.
All spice/Garam masala 1 and 1/2 Tsp.
Egg 1.
Cornflour 3 Tbsps.
Mix well.
Clarified butter 2 Tbsps.
Mix well.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Make shapes on butter paper thin out as much as possible.
Shallow fry on medium to low flame .cook for 8 minutes to 10 minutes from each side.

Cornflour makes them super soft , The taste was very good as compared to maida( All purpose flour or Gram flour (Baisan).As i tried both of them as well .
