RECIPE
Beef keema 1 kg, beef washed before qeema. 20% fat
1 tablespoon anar powder
half teaspoon ajwain
3 chopped green chilli
1 teaspoon garam masala
half teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon kooti mirch
1 teaspoon namak
1 teaspoon zeera powder
quarter teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon dhania powder
1 egg
fresh green dhania 2 tablespoon
250 gram chopped onion, dried (squeeze to remove juice)
2 medium chopped tomatoes (remove seeds)
flour 3 heaped table spoon
then mix all the above
add 1 more table spoon flour vetemjol
mix for 4 minutes
