I’ve said throughout my whole pregnancy that I feel like an alien in my own body. I have also felt very vulnerable. It is a crazy thing being pregnant but also such a beautiful thing to be able to create a life. Hoping the rest of your pregnancy goes smoothly! ❤️
I had my first baby in April and it was a crazy journey! Contractions hurt but epidurals are incredible! My one recommendation is to look up breathing techniques like 3 months ahead of time because they make you labor for a while before you can get an epidural so prepare for that because it hurts lol(: You’re both glowing and it will be awesome to watch this transition with you both ❤️ congratulations again!!!
Abby, you're always in my prayers as well as Matt, and now the little dude too!! It's gonna get tough at times but there will also be amazing moments!!!! In the end, the pros outweigh the cons and I know you'll crush it all! You're going to be an amazing mother. Your energy and light, both yours and Matt's will carry your child far. Love you guys!!! ❤️❤️❤️
The way Abby feels about her pregnancy is exactly how I felt last year in mine! So normal to not be ready or not like all the changes. I was even more excited after I was showing. Think of labor as one day out of this whole experience and personally I had so many more awful days being miserable while pregnant.
Mom of two and I had my first at 22. You will feel a lot more like yourself second trimester! For most women their energy returns and you just feel a lot better the second trimester. To ease your mind in regards to working out my doctors always said whatever you were doing before you got pregnant you can do during. Just listen to your body. When you are tired rest. If you feel the intensity is to hard slow down. Your body will tell you but you working out is super beneficial during pregnancy. Praying for a healthy pregnancy and delivery ❤️
HEY ABBY! Just wanted to let you know that hearing you be so honest about how you feel being pregnant and what it's been like has been SO ENCOURAGING! It has personally helped me feel more chill about the idea of being pregnant in the future. You got this! I'll be praying for you through your pregnancy. HEY MATT! You're doing a good job being a solid support system for your wifey! I love seeing how you look at and adore Abby no matter how she's doing. Keep it up dude! I'll be praying for you through the learning curve too! Take care you guys!
Hey Matt and Abby! If this message gets through, I would first like to say congratulations. Also, Matt is just loving every moment of this, its actually really nice to see you both support each other so well. As an anesthesia provider, I was just going to say a few words regarding labor process. As far as an epidural, there is such a low risk for any complications and they provide excellent pain reduction, not entirely relieved, but they reduce pain significantly. And there is no shame in getting an epidural, they can do wonders. Typically, most first time mothers want to do it naturally until they reach about 6-7 cm dilated and then request the epidural. You go at your own pace and don't feel pressured to do anything. There are also midwives and doulas that can help go a more natural route if that is desired. Overall though, soak up everything you can and don't be shy about asking questions to your healthcare providers, they get paid to know that information and, as a patient, you deserve to know. Best of luck and congratulations again! :) So happy for you two.
I found out I was pregnant the day after seeing your announcement! ❤️ Looking back how emotional yours made me makes sense!!!! 🤣 Baby #5 here. (Fourth home birth and not finding out gender until birth!) So happy for you guys.❤️
You both are the most selfless humans EVER in this world. Ugh seriously the way Matt assures you when crying or upset and even the same with Abby you both are such great people I love watching older videos before baby Griffin was here and it shows how amazing you both are and I knew you would both be AMAZING PARENTS ❤️❤️
Matt, look like you are an amazing husband! The way you keep saying "it's okay" and when you say "we can do this... we will get through this". It is so reassuring, at any stag of life. How sweet, I think I might cry! ❤
I absolutely love this! Abby, it blows my mind that in life, you never know when you're going to meet someone who is going to be in your family (or so important to you) except when you have a baby! So cool
Abby, just try to remember that your body is growing a living breathing human! The changes in your body are blessings to show that the little dude is healthy! But, ofc, I don't judge you at all for not feeling like yourself! You're so so strong and I admire you!! The little dude is so lucky to have such a strong mama and incredible dad!🥰
You guys are adorable! I had the same exact pregnancy symptoms before finding out I was pregnant... crazy how the body works. Unfortunately I lost the baby the day before my 11th week. I've been praying for you guys that you have a healthy full pregnancy and so happy you made it through the first trimester! ❤
ohh i am so sorry. i can never imagine how hard that is. i wish couples didn't have to lose their child after the long journey they've been on preparing for the baby. every loss can be different for every couple, but they're all the same in a way because it's a sad thing. the only good thing that comes from this is that it makes you stronger. I am sorry.
Don’t be nervous. You are 100% right! Your body knows what to do. Labor and delivery is one of the coolest experiences! & it’s so personal. It’s something only you and your baby will have together.
Abby, girl you are totally glowing. You lit up like a light bulb especially when talking about the visions you're having about your family as the baby grows. I am so happy for you both and this tremendous blessing that you have been given ❤❤ you're gonna be amazing parents.
I am 22 and have 2. My first I was a senior in hs I was 18, and the 2nd I was 19. As soon as your child is born literally the same day your whole life will change for the better. You'll feel a love that you have never felt before it's going to be crazy. Congratulations!
@Kathie Catch Its just my opinion and that's truly how I felt. It's okay to not feel that way but when it's your child that's how it feels. It's apart of you and apart of the love of your life It's unreal. It's okay to not want to experience that because raising kids is hard and it takes a lot. But regardless this comment it for the ones who do feel this way not for the ones who don't.
Watching y’all go through this journey is so sweet. I love how sensitive y’all are to so many different situations but also show how things really are like all the ups and downs and weird feelings and fear but joy. It’s so refreshing I feel kind sometimes you tubers just sugarcoat or hide things

you guys are going to be AMAZING parents! the way that you love each other will be carried over to your baby and your love is so real and genuine. your baby is gonna be lucky to have you as parents!
Naps will help you have energy when your baby is born. Enough energy to eat, shower and care for your baby, and nap when baby does. It will give you a boost to schedule in rhythm with that your baby is doing
Matt & Abby, I am so thankful for yalls perspective and consideration on your journey to parenthood. I have been trying to conceive for 10 years now. I STRONGLY BELEIVE THAT I WILL CONCEIVE THIS YEAR. theres other youtoubers that arent as considerate. it means alot. thank you

Try not to stress or worry about the labor and delivery. You were right when you said by the time it comes you are ready to just do it and not be pregnant. When it gets time, your body will take over and you just go with it. Y’all seem so mature for your age. You’re going to do great
I had 2 kids and they’re my world. I hated most things about being pregnant. But, the babies are the best part! If you don’t love pregnancy it doesn’t change how you’ll feel with your babies. You’re doing great!
I seriously respect y’all so hard. Also you do what you wanna do when you meet your baby for the first time! I’m a nurse and used to work L&D and it is such a special moment. If you don’t wanna worry about filming that, DONT! It’s so special and it’s a moment you’ll never forget! Def know it’s your right to enjoy it! I know work postpartum!
Just an FYI: it is strongly recommended that you avoid all deli meats during pregnancy due to risk of listeria! I am currently 25 weeks pregnant & cannot wait to have a Jimmy John’s or subway sammich right after delivery! 🤤 love you guys ♥️
The best advice I can give you is stay active. Walk a lot. It will help you so much when it’s time to push the little one out. Contractions are like period cramps just 100 time’s worse. Each birth is different. I have 2 boy’s the oldest is almost 21 and my youngest is 14. I had to have my first baby by emergency c section so for my 2nd baby it had to be a scheduled c section. Once you have your first doctor visit you’ll feel so much better. Exercise is very important right now. You got this. You both will be amazing parents.
I love this channel 😂 Abby - I used to be anti-nap as well but take my word for it, motherhood is so much better with naps! Can’t wait to see you guys as parents!
My heart goes out to you for the nausea and morning sickness. I got lucky with my daughter. Shes almost 10 months now but i barely had any morning sickness. On the 6th week the whole week and couldnt keep anything even water down..... and then a couple times in the last trimester. She loved food so i could eat whatever i want. And no food cravings. Congratulations on your baby to be.
Thank you for doing this, and Abby and Matt you’re going to be amazing parents!! All my love and support you both!!! Also I completely understand that you don’t want a birth video, you deserve to have that time with you and your baby!!!
This brings back my early pregnancy memories. The tiredness was overwhelming since I also worked in a hospital but it goes away, your full energy will return and you will start enjoying your blooming body, especially once you can feel your baby moving! Enjoy this unique xperience and let Matt enjoy watching your body bloom.

I had my first child at 22. And I didn't think I was ready and I was soooo scared. But now my daughter is 21 yrs old and she made me who I am today. Best thing that has EVER happened to me.
You guys are such a sweet couple. My husband and I got married young and had our first kid when we were 21. Once the baby comes, I have a feeling that you will change your mind about naps. Sometimes you sleep whenever you can, especially the first couple of months.
how will you organise youtube and having a kid? will the child be on video or not? will you guys be family vloggers? what is the plan with youtube and kids?
I love you guys and your vibes you give. I am 30 weeks pregnant and Abby you make me feel more confident with the pregnancy with how positive you are about yours. You guys will be great parents. Thank you!
If u want to get the most out of the pregnancy in terms of excitement…don’t find out what your baby is!!! We have 3 kids and we didn’t find out for the oldest or the youngest. We found out for the middle child but we regretted it. It’s so much more fun not finding out! As the dad it’s so exciting coming out of the delivery room and announcing to all your family “it’s a boy or it’s a girl”!!! So fun!

When you hit labor you will be fine! You will get nervous but you will know what to do when the time comes and you have your hubby to support you and be by your side. You will miss being pregnant one day. When you start feeling that baby move inside you it’s going to be precious. Cherish it while it last. It can be hard on some and not so much for others. You both are adorable and I wish you the best raising a beautiful family. When, Matt said "I can't believe I am so old already..." I couldn't stop giggling! You two are sooo young!
The fact that we are both craving sandwiches like crazy lol 😂 I feel your pain. I’m a new subscriber and I love you guys. And I’m glad I can follow along with you. I’m 11 weeks! Yay! Almost out the first trimester. I’m so anti-nap too because I’m a mom of two. The nausea going to work at 8-4 5 days a week is absolutely horrible but it’s slowly getting better. Im so excited for you guys!
Don't be nervous about labor, when it happens as soon as you see your baby you immediately forget any pain you went through. It is so short and goes by so fast no matter how long you are in labor.
Congrats on the pregnancy and happy new year Matt and Abby! I can’t believe that the first video I watched of you guys was the coke baby prediction… a few months later and it’s a reality.
You should definitely find a way to video the birth for you guys. My mom filmed my entire birth and honestly I still watch those videos and cry. It’s such a special moment and so incredibly beautiful. Hearing the first cry and seeing the your reaction when they first come into the world is a moment you want to save for life!!
My wife and I got two of em. They are a handful, but we wouldn’t trade them for anything. Being parents is the best most stressful yet fulfilling thing ever.
I have a question, when you guys become a mom and a dad and lets say after some years your kind turns out to be part of the LGBT community، will you guys love them unconditionally? (P.s I love your videos wish you a happy new year)
What an odd question to try and trick someone into giving an answer you can twist into negativity. My god. 🙄 their baby will be loved unconditionally regardless. What kind of answer are you expecting someone to give. Grow up
@@soheylredrose6451 it’s a very rude and condescending question on a wholesome positive video. You’re the one who made it into a big deal by asking it.

Can we just appreciate how kind Abby is and how loving Matt is back?!?! What a 100/10 couple!! Love you guys! Can't wait for Little Dude!!
Our due dates are two days apart so this is so cool to see you going through a lot of the same things as me! 🤍🙏🏻 Prayers, Abby (and Matt too!)
Wow CONRATS ON THE BABYYY
@@lilyrosepunkunicorm9871 thank you ☺️☀️
I pray the baby and the baby mama be healthy and happy 😊 😃
congratulations!!! best of luck with this pregnancy!
two days apart? wow, CONGRATS
Love this Q&A! I'm currently 29 weeks pregnant with my first and I feel you, Abby. The body changes are hard to process and even though your partner will disagree and everyone will say "you're glowing", you just don't feel like yourself. I pray that you have a healthy, normal pregnancy and a healthy baby! You guys are gonna be great parents. 😊
Duuuddeee!! Ok I don’t write comments very often but I just wanted to say, y’all are going to be INCREDIBLE parents. I cannot wait to see u raise you’re sweet lil dude. I love you guys and keep being the sweet, kind, incredible people you are. Praying for a safe pregnancy! ❤️❤️
You think it's a boy? Lol.just seen you said your lil dude, or did yu just say it coz they always say what's up dudes lol. Idk what I think just yet. I wanna hear the ❤️ beat. With my girls i was high my boys was low.. idk if it's true but alot of ppl I know it Def was true..
@@melodienicholson3482 I said lil dude because that’s what they’ve been calling the baby. I don’t know what it’s gonna be but either way I’m so excited! I would love to see what u think it is after hearing the heartbeat. That’s so cool! ☺️
@@lizziewest8922 Gotcha & most def lol, do you believe in it lol i know it sounds pretty stupid but alot of ppl i know including my own it was ways between 160-170 my daughter and my boys was 130-140 like around there. 💕
I just got out of a long-term abusive relationship. & hearing the way Matt talks about Abby makes me want to cry. It’s good reminder to see how you should be treated in a relationship & I hope to never settle for less ever again.
Yesss I'm so happy for you! You deserve so much more. Someone good will come along :)
You are both going to be such wonderful parents. I feel so blessed for anything you want to share with us!!! Your family comes first ❤️
I’ve said throughout my whole pregnancy that I feel like an alien in my own body.
Matt’s genuine “Thankyou so much” was so sweet
^^ to Abby saying he would be such a good dad
It is just SO amazing how Matt looks at Abby when she starting crying and talking about growing up with their baby. It is just crazy to me! ♥️
Aww congratulations 🎊
So cool
I feel you girl. It’s hard to share your body but you’re right, it is such a blessing! ❤️ You’re doing great, you got this mama!
So sorry for your loss and all those who have lost babies 💔
ohh i am so sorry. i can never imagine how hard that is. i wish couples didn't have to lose their child after the long journey they've been on preparing for the baby. every loss can be different for every couple, but they're all the same in a way because it's a sad thing. the only good thing that comes from this is that it makes you stronger. I am sorry.
@@Merbella definitely one of the most difficult things I've ever had happened to me.
@@Merbella Same here.👍
Don’t be nervous. You are 100% right! Your body knows what to do. Labor and delivery is one of the coolest experiences! & it’s so personal. It’s something only you and your baby will have together.
i’m so happy for you two, it’s cool that your sharing your pregnancy journey with us 🥺
Abby, girl you are totally glowing.
@Kathie Catch I struggled with post partum depression myself with my 2nd so I know what you mean.
Watching y’all go through this journey is so sweet. I love how sensitive y’all are to so many different situations but also show how things really are like all the ups and downs and weird feelings and fear but joy. It’s so refreshing I feel kind sometimes you tubers just sugarcoat or hide things
When my wife had our son I took 2 pictures 1 when the dr handed him to my wife and the next one was out the window so we would always know what the weather was like at the moment he was born. The week following him being born I probally took 1000 pictures. You guys will be great parents.
you guys are going to be AMAZING parents! the way that you love each other will be carried over to your baby and your love is so real and genuine. your baby is gonna be lucky to have you as parents!
Breastfeeding is the most amazing experience I have ever had the bond it creates is unreal! I didn’t want to at first but I’m sooooo happy I did.
Naps will help you have energy when your baby is born. Enough energy to eat, shower and care for your baby, and nap when baby does. It will give you a boost to schedule in rhythm with that your baby is doing
Pregnancy is a wide ride and such a blessing! Happy for yall 💓
Matt & Abby, I am so thankful for yalls perspective and consideration on your journey to parenthood. I have been trying to conceive for 10 years now. I STRONGLY BELEIVE THAT I WILL CONCEIVE THIS YEAR. theres other youtoubers that arent as considerate. it means alot. thank you
Watching this, I can't think about anything but the fact that this little dude is gonna be so loved. Matt and Abby are clearly so loving and excited to meet this kiddo! I'm so happy for you guys!
Praying for a happy and healthy pregnancy! 💓
Try not to stress or worry about the labor and delivery. You were right when you said by the time it comes you are ready to just do it and not be pregnant. When it gets time, your body will take over and you just go with it. Y’all seem so mature for your age. You’re going to do great
We’re pregnant as first time moms together! I’m due June 19 on Father’s Day 🥰 I’m also documenting my pregnancy journey which has been sooo amazing!
the best gift of father's day.
@@soumyabehl614 couldn’t agree more. 🥰
I had 2 kids and they’re my world. I hated most things about being pregnant. But, the babies are the best part! If you don’t love pregnancy it doesn’t change how you’ll feel with your babies. You’re doing great!
16:50 The way Matt looks at Abby though 🥺 I swear, they are going to be the best parents ever
Also as far as working out, you absolutely can still work out but don’t go above what you were already doing prior to pregnancy!
Just an FYI: it is strongly recommended that you avoid all deli meats during pregnancy due to risk of listeria! I am currently 25 weeks pregnant & cannot wait to have a Jimmy John’s or subway sammich right after delivery! 🤤 love you guys ♥️
You can have meat as long as they’re not cold cuts! Heat it up!
I have 3 children and I highly recommend you take naps. Just sleep whenever you get tired. I slept about 12 hrs total per day with my first pregnancy.
Question:”Is Matt ready to be a dad?”
Abby:”he betta be!”
That was hilarious!
the way matt looks at you and supports you abby... you guys are so so lucky to have one another 🥺
This brings back my early pregnancy memories. The tiredness was overwhelming since I also worked in a hospital but it goes away, your full energy will return and you will start enjoying your blooming body, especially once you can feel your baby moving! Enjoy this unique xperience and let Matt enjoy watching your body bloom.
i had my daughter at 23 (24 now) she be 1 in a few weeks its hard at times but its so rewarding and worth the sleepless nights she just started walking and thise mildstones are amazing to witness you guys will be amazing 🥰
I love y’all and am so happy for you guys!!! You dudes are gonna be wonderful parents!
Prayers and love going out to you and your family for healthy pregnancy, healthy baby, and blessed lives!! ♥️♥️♥️
I’m 19 weeks with my first and I was MISERABLE 24/7 the first trimester. But the second trimester is so much better! It gets better, Abby! I also relate to being insecure with the body changes. I always thought I’d love and embrace it but it is hard. I just remind myself what a miracle my body is creating. Our bodies are amazing! Best wishes with your pregnancy!
So Happy for you guys! I graduate college in may and my husband and I are going to begin the adoption process after that, watching you guys just makes me more excited! Sending love and prayers for a safe pregnancy ☺️
Why would you go for adoption ? Just curious wish you the best
I have a hard time watching RUclips families on here, because they become so fake and I feel like they exploit their lives for views. I appreciate real genuine families full of love. I really only watch the ballingers, Colleen, it’s judytime, and now you guys. I can’t wait to follow your parenthood journey. Such amazing individuals getting this special gift ❤️
Wishing you an easy delivery and healthy baby! You guys will be great parents no matter what. You have inspired me to reach for my goals and live a happy life and I hope that you guys have a really fun time as new parents!
I had my first child at 22. And I didn't think I was ready and I was soooo scared. But now my daughter is 21 yrs old and she made me who I am today. Best thing that has EVER happened to me.
17:44 Matt scrolling past all our questions while Abby pours her heart out. It made me laugh for some reason.😂
Thank you!
OMG this baby is going to be so adorable inside and out ❤️❤️❤️ Congrats dudes!
So fun!
I get wanting to find out so u can be better prepared but it’s like knowing what all your Christmas presents are before u get to open them!

That's crazy how it's already the new year for you! 🥳
You can get your body back after the baby! You got this! ❤️
This is so cool that our due dates are 3 days apart! I’m due July 10th.
I’m so excited to follow your journey as my fiancé and I are both 23!
My son is almost 1 and I can definitely attest that being a parent is one of the most beautiful gifts God gives to us. Cherish every moment with your baby, because the time goes by so quickly. I wouldn't trade the moments with my son for anything in the world. There's nothing better than his little smile and laugh and knowing he is all mine. :)
Sending prayers for y'all everything goes well. Love it when y'all do Q&A
Y'all gonna be amazing parents
And when your baby cries it is a unique cry that only you can help ! You are the ultimate person for your baby
I’m 18 weeks along, and I thought it was a boy from the moment we found out- I was right 🥺 mother’s intuition is a thing!
I was due July 11th and with a girl. I told everyone I would have her July 4th. I just knew it, so I absolutely agree with you on mothers intuition.
Y’all will be great parents. You are such a sweet couple with so much love. I love how Matt comforts her and just shows so much love towards her 🥺♥️
I’m so excited that I get to witness this journey!! And I can’t wait to meet the little one! I wish you nothing but the best and a healthy pregnancy Abby❤️
Matt is like the sweetest person in the world to Abby! You guys are so sweet!
When my sister and aunts were pregnant, they labeled a calendar with their weird cravings. It’s fun to look back in years later. Brussel sprouts and ice cream together mmmmmm 😋
Mine was cucumbers dipped in pickle juice lol
I craved Cheetos and chocolate ice cream lmao
Lol mine was peanut butter and jelly sandwich with hot coliflower and pickles..
Congratulations! 🎉💓
Ugh I love y’all and am so happy for you guys! You will be the best parents!!!
Abby, I just love how you told Matt about your pregnacy, no big drama or waiting a long time. Honestly, way cuter than a bigger way of telling it:)
I hope y’all have a happy and blessed new year. Happy baby year. ♥️
(P.s I love your videos wish you a happy new year)
Probably not.
Pretty sure they will.. they seem like really cool people and they already love this kid so damn much
What an odd question to try and trick someone into giving an answer you can twist into negativity. My god. 🙄 their baby will be loved unconditionally regardless. What kind of answer are you expecting someone to give. Grow up
@@soheylredrose6451 it’s a very rude and condescending question on a wholesome positive video. You’re the one who made it into a big deal by asking it.
Once you get a doctor, make sure to talk to them about the workouts you were doing before your pregnancy. They will be able to help you figure out what workouts are safe throughout your pregnancy. I love you guys and you are on such an incredible journey!!

Coming from a Mom- just to help out- remember the Labor is the shortest part- you will be great! When I went to birthing classes the nurse told me that and it’s so true. You got this. ♥️🙏🏼
