I had issue with adding family member and the Last name length is limited. I cannot enter exact last name. I had reply from Nusuk support to split the name so I had to enter part of my last name to firstname and that way its verified now.
W'salam w.w. Yes you may, however please check with bank/card providers on charges and fees. You should test with a small amount also. Remember there is 1.5% charge on the amount you refund.

Salam, my dad is trying to add my mother to his family in nusuk. She received the invitation email to join his family but there is no code or anything. And there accounts still show that my mother is under my fathers family.
My mother is having trouble getting verification because her name is slightly different on her passport than on her residency document. Is there anything I can do? I have emailed Nusuk, but they haven't responded in the past few weeks. Thank you.
Edit her profile and reupload the documents to set the verification off again. For further support read the links in the description posted as the comments are not regularly monitored.
Assalam o Allaikum Brother, can you please explain a bit more about pros and cons of Shifting and Non Shifting Package, if I wants to opt 10 days package.
W. Salaam, this is a personal preference for the pilgrim. Shifting (dependent on package) would allow the pilgrim access to the accomodation during the days of Hajj which is closer to Mina. Non shifting would allow easier access to the Haram before and after Hajj.

Out both apps are verified and we both happen to activate our e- wallet with Abt 10 SAR. Now when my husband tried to add me as his companion, he gets an.error ..." You r unable to add the pilgrim as the family member because he has money in the wallet. Basically we are stuck..nusuk hajj support is not helping or responding to several calls and emails. Would you be pls ne able to help us here, so we can perform hajj together. How can the wallet be deactivated? Jazakalla u khair
walaikum salam, you may not be able to deactivate the e-wallet. You both can buy the same package when its released and you can check with the agency you choose to check if they can put you two together. inshah allah. hope this helps.
