Salam and thanks for the detailed presentation, I have a query that I have selected a 11 day package which is more feasible for me, but that package is recommended for USA & Canada, can I still select that package?

Assalamo alaikom. I live in Sweden. Question about the flights now that the packages are available. The flight prices change constantly and to top of the wallet with exact amount is impossible. The transfer can take up to 10 days they write (I know i am late out but there are packages still available) I have a restriction on my bankcard so i can't pay like 70.000rial directly on the exit. Can I pay for the package only since the price of the package does not change and can i book a flight on my own? And i think that you answered a question about that no matter where you from you can book any package you like?

Hi when are packages usually released the following Hajj (eg Hajj 2025)
For this years Hajj a soft launch of the registration was implemented in November 2023. We expect it to be around the same this year in sha Allah.

Hello, thank you for this detailed video it’s very helpful, I have a question, myself and my husband and mother in law are booking together, can we share a triple room or do men and women have to stay seperate ?
The allocation of your room will be assigned by your guides once they have all bookings relating to their package. If the room allocation allows then Yes, you can share a room. For shifting packages the rooms (eg. Hotels/residential apartments in Azizzia) will most likely be segregated by gender.

Camp only so you get only the services of the Camps.

There is no option for "camp only" on the Nusuk Hajj Platform.

W. Salaam, Log into your dashboard on the Nusuk Hajj Platform. Click on your profile and you will see option to add family.
I have watched videos of Hajj experiences from some youtubers who done Hajj in 2023 and complained about waiting for almost 1 hour for using Toilet. The service providers should consider it more seriously. Please inform them from your communication channel.
Update: Some trusted vlogger mentioned that there will be new 150,000 ACs and 14000 Toilets setup this year 2024.
Salaam i am using mcdc service provider, package for 16 days and its flying from Egypt to jeddah by default. I live in the U.K. It also gives me an option to fly out from U.K as-long as its the same departure date and the return date as the package. I have found the departure and return dates same as the package returning to U.K. Once i submit application it confirmed all the details. Flight time from London Heathrow etc. But today i clicked on the package details its telling saying i am flying out from Egypt. Can someone please help.
Please reach out to Nusuk Hajj Support, it may be a glitch on the system that they may have to look into.

W. Salaam. Nusuk Hajj has stated that more spaces will be available soon, they have not stated a timeframe. As soon has they do we will announce it on our social media accounts.

how do we know the package is from usa? and we cant select our own flights, even though their is option for it
You will have to contact the providers to specify which packages are been catered for the USA, some providers have PDF Brochures with country specifis packages listed.
Has anyone seen any packages with flights from Manchester?
As at the moment most appear to be from Aberdeen!
Ithraa Alkhair Packages 1,2,3 and 4 have Manchester flights.

@@cbhuk If a flight (LM) is showing Aberdeen to Jeddah but via Manchester, I should be ok, shouldn't I, to get board at Manchester? Or do I have to catch it from the originating destination i.e. Aberdeen?

What are the disadvantage if you select non uk package?
Language may be an issue, which then would affect the quality of service recieved. If package flights are chosen then you would have to book additional flights to and from package departure airport including any necessary visa's.

Sir, Jazak' Allah for your detailed information, & really appreciate your efforts, I have almost the same question, I have selected AL Bait Guest package which is recommended for USA & Canada, This package doesn't have any fixed flights so I have selected custom flight from Manchester, package is fully configured and saved as well, being in UK can I select this package or they will reject my package in later stages that you are from UK and you cannot select this package ? It's good to have things automated. But I would always prefer my local agent. The reason the Saudies attitude problems. They are lethargic, rude and not easy to be held accountable. Unfortunate!!!
