I feel like that should be common knowledge for anyone who took high school physics and chemistry. In high school I learned what conductors and insulators were, the basics of what valence electrons were, and how to calculate voltage, amps, and ohms of an electric current. They started studying electricity back in the 1800s, it's pretty well understood at this point.
I feel that the "worst improviser in the world" clip, while absolutely hilarious, is even more hilarious knowing that it is a reaction to shayne earlier just using the X and saying NO to all her bits.
