I got Greenley. I have tested all the others. Greenley destroyed all the other freshies. It is beast mode 10+ hours on me and is my most complimented frag.

Finally a Greenley review! Of all the PDMs I own and have sampled, (Layton, Pegasus, Herod, Percival, Sedley, Oajan) this is actually my favorite. I don’t really get the synthetic vibe Ash is describing. I honestly find the rindiness to have a very “fresh squeezed” feel and the oakmoss and woods underneath are very clean and aromatic. The performance is stellar for what it is and the quality is what you can expect from PDM. It’s a great release imo

I agree with this assessment
I absolutely love Greenly. It smells like an energy drink and skittles while remaining fresh. It lasts pretty long for a citrus fragrance. I’ve received some positive feedback, but I wouldn’t consider it a compliment monster.
I get so many compliments on it when I wear it add a couple extra sprays

I haven't had the chance to smell any of the PDM line yet, I'm in a small town in Australia so my options are limited, but I would love to give them a try!
So far I've collected 5 fragrances over the past year, and my favorite is a decant of le male le parfum I got because of your review!
Aaron Terrence Hughes is the best imo. He educates and breaks down the raw materials in so much detail and tells you if something is worth the price and if it has what it says it does because he’s a professional perfumer. I think he would help you a lot especially if you’re wanting to have a fragrance channel
I know it’s been a year man, but if you do create content for fragrances, I would love to check them out!

I wish smell-o-vision was a thing so bad! Herod is probably the most interesting scent on the give away and the one I want to try the most. Also today’s my birthday and winning a give away would be an awesome gift
I tried Greenley a week ago and I actually love it!
Of Layton, Herod, and Greenley, I used to prefer Herod over Layton but now, Layton is my favourite out of the three. Then, Greenley comes last, but I still think that every single one of them is awesome!

Herod interests me the most right now! Especially since we are headed into the cooler months and I could use a fall/winter fragrance. It’s always been an interest, but I haven’t been able to get my nose on it.. thanks for all the great content!
A few weeks ago I bought my first niche fragrance, it was Parfums de Marly - Layton. I just LOVE it. Way better then all the designer fragrances I got so far. But was a deep dive into my pocket :D I'm interested in Greenley, because I haven't found a nice fresh spring/summer fragrance yet. Great Video, as always :)

I'm actually mostly exited for greenley. I love green fragrances with petitgrain in it. 💚
Have you ever smelled Grey Flannel? It is a pretty vintage & masculine scent and a pretty stout violet note. Definitely has a noticeable petitgrain and pretty green. Its a love or hate fragrance for most but I love it. Strong relation with the 80's and my childhood. Its cheap now, might be something you'd like.
It’s hard to say out of these 3 which would interest me most, particularly between 2 of the three-Layton and Herod. I’ve never tried any Parfum De Marly fragrances but have seen and heard much hype over Herod and Layton. I’m heavily interested in both of these but, if I had to absolutely choose one, it’d probably be Layton based on the reviews I’ve seen and the hype around it relative to Herod. Id say herod interests me the most at the moment due to it being a perfect fall/winter fragrance. I’ve always been interested but never got around to buying a bottle. It’s just overall pretty spectacular and particularly interests me due to it just standing out from the other two.
I just got herod as well. Fantastic frag just doesn't last long on my skin. Very intimate scent not a showstopper.
To me Herod smells like robotussin. Don’t get me wrong, I used to love downing bottles of the tuss but I wouldn’t want to wear the smell. I never wear Herod.
Greenley is the only warmer weather PdM that I am not so familiar with so I'd be looking to test that out the most although Layton and Herod are both great fragrances as well

PDM and Initio are my favourite frag company so far - with creed following behind them (although I'm yet to explore a big number of other houses). I think Greenley interests me the most - I have herod, and sample of Layton... and love them both!
Layton and Herod are probably the ones that get my attention out of the three, particularly now as the weather is turning cold

Layton wasn’t my favorite at first but I ended up wearing it more over the last year or two. It’s a great for the cooler half of the year. I like Greenley and Sedley (fresh favorite) for the warmer half
I actually quite like Greenley. I got a very small sample and used it last week and found it quite pleasant. Not as nice as Sedley which I absolutely love, but I did enjoy smelling it on my skin. I'm not too keen on any of the other PdM fragrances tbh, I prefer their freshies, so Sedley is my favourite followed by Greenley. I haven't tried Herod yet though, maybe I'll enjoy that one.
I own Carlisle, Layton, and Greenley.. I personally love Greenley, I’m on my 2nd bottle, Whenever I wear it I get so many compliments, I honestly don’t understand why people like Sedley, I think Sedley is such a bad release, at the PDM boutique in Manhattan, the people there said that Sedley was their least favorite newer release from the brand, and they praised Greenley.. I know fragrances are subjective, so I’m glad that Greenley doesn’t get the love from people online, like that less people could smell like me.. 😉
Loving the name history. I grew up in Sutton, UK and Epsom is about a 20 minute drive away from Sutton. Clearly the naming department at PdM were just looking for place names around that area 😂
Of the 3, Im most interested in Greenley, since I already have tried Herod and Layton, which are 10/10 for me. I'm a big fan of the House. Oajan is my favorite from Pdm.
Greenley could be a signature scent. Absolutely stunning!!! I have 7 different PDM fragrances, & I’d say this is my top 1.
Every parfums de marly fragrance always blows me away, greenly I’ve never tried but the notes are everything I’m about and seems like something I’d wear nonstop!
Herod is the most intresting for me.. specially this fall weather.. thanks for the video ash!
Sutton is an area of South London, UK. Epsom is a town located 5 miles from Sutton just outside of Greater London. Epsom has a very famous horse racecourse called Epsom Downs. Another PdM fragrance named after a town which hosts races is Carlisle.
Parfums de Marly bottles have 2 horses on them and on Fragrantica it says that they want to recapture the concept of fragrances produced for King Louis XV in commemoration of the prestigious horse races.
Greenley is probably the most interesting to me, i own Layton and I'm very happy to wear it again in the wintertime!

Got this in a tester free when I ordered Creed MI, which was very appreciated as the next ones I was looking to purchase are PDM, Harod, Layton and Carlisle, but yeah I’m quite a fan of Greenley, doubt I’ll buy it especially not before the others but certainly is lovely.

As we make our way towards the end of autumn months and into winter I'm most excited about Herod, I think I've not always vibed with the fragrance when in a shop smelling it on tester strips and such but want to try some real world application and see how it is. Layton I love so no doubt will get great use out of it and Greenley will save until spring time to see how it performs , cheers gent
For me Layton interests me the most because of the comparisons to boss bottled. It would be interesting to see how they up the scale on this.

Herod would probably be the mpst favorable pick for me seeing as the weather is leaning on the colder side these days. I'm a fan of some of the big hitters from this house, I look forward to trying many more!
Out of the three I'm most interested in layton ,I'd like to sample it before getting a full bottle ,having herod and Greenley in there as well is just a bonus!

I have both the Galloway and Percival, and I find Greenley very similar to these two from the mid on. Yes, you get that fresh green apple opening but as it dries down, it becomes very close to smelling like Galloway and Percival. At least this is what my nose tells me.

Herold is honestly the only fragrance that has enriched the world. If everyone would wear Herold, it wouldn’t be so challenging for most noses. I must have that scent!
Layton is an easy wear to impress anyone.. I haven’t smelled Herod but I’d love to!

Greenley is a love for me. It is an easy reach for me. Nothing groundbreaking but it doesn’t have to be.

I put my nose on Greenley a couple months ago. I think it’s solid, along with Sedley. Layton would be my favorite out of that gift set. I didn’t like Herod the first time I smelled it. But I recently got a sample of it after making a Fragrancebuy purchase and it peaked my interest so I want to try it on my skin. Layton is a no brainer though, gotta have it.

Layton is the only one of the three I have tried and I really liked it. But I would say Herod interests me the most because it sounds like a fragrance that I would most like to wear.
All 3 fragrances seem great, but Herod has my attention the most, even if Layton is widely considered as one of their best

Herod interests me the most honestly, ive been liking tobacco spicy scents more and more and its seemingly perfect for the fall/winter!
As usual, great informative video Ash. I have viewed and reviews of the various PDM fragrances but have not had the chance to try any. From all that I’ve seen and read, I think Layton would interest me the most, with Herod slightly edging out Greenley for the second spot.

Layton interests me the most because it is described as a refined Boss bottled #6. Which is one of my favorites.
Out of the three Herod is my absolute favorite, Layton is close behind. Greenley is a sold pick from the freshies but my choice is Galloway.
PDM is a great house with many bottleworthy scents. I currently own Herod, Layton Exclusif and Galloway. I'd like to add the original Layton and Pegasus as well to my collection.
Between the three fragrances I think Herod is the most interesting and my personal favorite. Layton would be a close second, and Greenley would be third. All are great but Herod definitely sticks out the most for me.

It’s easy to choose out of these since I just got both Herod and Layton last month, therefore Greenly intrigues me. You didn’t really seem to like it that much but PdM is still one of the greatest niche houses out there so it’d be a shame not to try it myself!
