I know very well that Disney made more sequels. I know that Pixar puts more budget and time in its sequels than Disney. I'm very much open to discussion, but please don't only comment about how wrong I am.)
In The Incredibles 2, they actually added cussing, I was so surprised, it was actually a cool touch because they obviously knew more teens and adults were going to watch the movie, I really enjoyed it
Deja Blue Oh okay. I suppose as an adult (with no children) those words are pretty tame, so I didn't even notice. Or Frozen for that matter. It subverts the trope of true love's kiss, setting the audience up for it as the salvation only to turn it around. The true love that saves the day is instead the love between sisters.
brian anderson You do have to tip a hat to Disney for releasing Miyazaki's work in US theater's. (And while I'm not a fan of dubbing, they do choose much more viable voice actors than Funimation - who, for some reason, finds it necessary to make EVERYONE sound like a cheap Saturday morning cartoon character for toddlers.) I remember when Spirited Away was released in our local theater, my best friend and I had to PROVE that (despite distribution) it wasn't a Disney film so that our other friends would go see it.
Pixar have been very open with how influenced they are by Studio Ghibli and Miyazaki Hayao. They have even said that when they get stumped in the studio. They put on a Ghibli film. 😌
Meanwhile Disney never been open about what they do. They always claim that what animation they made are their own works but actually not true at all. They copy some of the original content from another studio
Aw! That is the great thing about film studios and other studios alike. The actions like these compliments to other studios films is what it is all about for me, community and creating influencing and inspiring content. It doesn't have to be game changing, just fun, beautiful, or anything derived from passionate creators with a dream.
Disney is cheap af. They're really becoming a tyrant... A cash grabbing tyrant. I could blab on for hours on how and why I think Pixar is better, but I suppose I'll shorten it. With Disney, for me, a lot of their films just don't have the same feel as with Pixar's. Some of them feel heartless. Which isn't to say that they are heartless, but I just feel like Pixar legitimately puts more time and care into their films. But I'll stop before I trigger a hardcore Disney fanboy xD
moonmin Charm yes we know but screen rant were just describing disney as money hogs and describing pixar as heavenly movie producers whose every decision was amazing! I personally prefer pixar but I still like disney!
Almost all comments are saying that "Pixar is Better" For Me, Pixar And Disney Are Both Special In Their Own Ways Edit: HOLY MOLY. 779 LIKES?? I AM HAPPYYYY
I do have a preference for Pixar, I respect Disney in its on light. I believe for me personally, I was sort of raised of Pixar and was never really introduced to Disney. Movies about princesses were never really my cup of tea. I do love Hunchback of Norte Dame though, that book is so bizarre and the movie is a nice addition.
This video criticise disney movies standing on the love stories of the princesses giving no credits to all these people throughout the years until late 90s that draw entire movies on hand! Disney movies were pieces of art. They underestimated all these lessons disney gave us about life about unity, not judging only by what the eyes see and search for the inner good. Its true pixar is more based in reality than fairytails. For the record i totally love pixar movies (not all of them of course same as disney`s) but we cant compare two studios who bloomed in different times. If there is something to compare we must start from the 2000.
Yess? No, but it was deeper in the theme of disabilities, which particularly reached me. The way Dory clicks and how attuned her parents are to that. Are they too perfect to be realistic parents? Who cares! That's what we need for our disabled group of people. Oh, and, something about an orange fish and some dolphins? It was it's own story really, and it was a good one (maybe four different stories in the same arc)
I agree . It’s not even close . Finding Nemo was a movie that exceeded my expectations in every way and remains to this day one of my all time favorite movies in the Pixar lineup that isn’t in the Toy Story trilogy. Finding Dory was just too little far too late . Though it has its own great moments (particularly Gerald 😁) FD just wasn’t as compelling a story in my opinion Overall I think FD is just slightly better than Cars 2 even though it has the same problem: it takes the first movies secondary character and thrusts them into the starring role in the sequel while the protagonists from the first get shoved in the corner and then we see the secondary character just can’t carry the movie because frankly there’s a reason they were a secondary character to begin with. This doesn’t make Finding Dory a bad movie , far from it . It just isn’t as good as Finding Nemo.
Well. I wish this video's narrator and the script weren't so openly biased. I feel like it would be a good topic for a discussion if they did their research on Disney a little better, a little bit more into detail. As much as I agree with the good points about Pixar, I feel like they didn't do their homework on Disney.
I agree. I don't even like Disney that much, that I still think they should have made points for all their Disney fans. It's just common business practice.
Cut Disney some slack: it's easier to use surroundings in 3D settings than in 2D animations. Although there's a huge amount of work in both, once you built a set in 3D, you can pretty much use it anytime you want. Now, 2D sets must have been made each time they're used.
if you are going to say first of all there has to be a second of all, you can’t just say you know for example “oh first I am going to buy a mango” because there has to be a second thing you can’t make a list with one item
I love both companies as they have something for everyone. However you guys are clearly too biased. Sure Pixar is fantastic but so is Disney. They both have their own styles and there is nothing wrong with that.
I love both immensely. I look to Disney for beautiful musicals that I can sing along with and beautiful 2-D animation (which I hope they return to) and great stories with happy endings for the kinda silly characters I love. Pixar I look to for the most beautiful 3D animation on Earth with more compelling soundtracks (in contrast to Disney's happier type soundtracks) and stories that are more adult friendly, to make you think about your life and maybe cry a little. Hope they keep being amazing.
DUDE!! I thought I was the only one who noticed I was talking about that detail for like the whole movie it was so realistic details so much in the face
Beauty and the beast was wayyyyyy more than a girl finding a husband It's about a girl who want to live her life when shes mets beast she fell in love him because he shows her a new exciting life
Beauty and the Beast is also about a girl who learns to love a beast no matter who furry he may be. It's a story where a girl loves this beast for his personality not his looks.
This seems very biased towards Disney and not Disney the business but the teams and artists that made all those films possible. Pixar came around the 90s and before that surely those creators were inspired by Walt's early films. When the narrator puts Disney categorised with princesses and those live action films he skips over a lot of Disney's IPS. Glossing over Bambi being a nature documentary in art, The Lady & The Tramp being centred around a dog's perspective of life, Lilo & Stitch being about adoption and siblings, Tarzan being about identity and belonging, Treasure Planet being about coming of age and father figures, the list goes on. There is so much more than just pretty princesses with happily ever afters, in fact even those fairy tale adaptations are also very meaningful and beautiful in their own way. Calling all Disney non-complex would be an overstatement. Pixar has made some not so impressive results themselves and I do feel like they are way too overconfident about their storytelling after post - Up. What they make these days looks different but it feels the exact same.
Personally, I’m a bigger fan of Pixar- that’s not to say I don’t like Disney, but there are certain demographics to Pixar films (big emphasis on that vs “movies”) that draw me closer comparatively- namely that there’s a lot of recycled materials in Disney’s productions. Granted, I know, early works of Disney had to recycle some material in order to save on strikes, lack of equipment, etc... but equally so, the concept of what a lead character needed to look/act like was always the same- some thin creature with some gorgeous singing voice & a will to become their own voice. With Pixar, the characters could vary in everything & still have a definitive reference point to build off of- even if they tackled the “princess” quota.
sprklsize 7 I know lol especially when he brought home the girl, but question was the little boy really Chinese food or did the mom just see him a st that?
They used him as a dumpling to show him growing up and how the mother has to always protect him or something like that. She could've just saw him as something as delicate? That's what I sorta got of it if it helps.
Now that I've read the comments, it seems to be the case. All I know is that Lion King looks a lot similar to 1960s Japanese anime "kimba thewhitelion ". And i hated that they denied any connection or inspiration whatsoever.
Well, if it was to Pixar, yes. I'm really not a fan of Disney, though that's just me and my values (and being fully submerged into the plot and emotions, and Pixar is full of that). I can definitely see where you're coming from since I watched a video addressing an issue and took a side I did not agree with and downright seemed rude when I payed attention to it. And from the fact that Screen rant looks like a youtube business, they really can't afford for bias here (even though I think Pixar is more popular, but that's just a guess).
and incredibles 2 has things that are not appropriate for little kids such as Murder, curse words, and the part where elastigirl searches for screen slayer will haunt some kids
Lilly Enriquez tbh as I've gotten older I've realized basically every Pixar movie. Disney has had multiple that are meh. Disney has a lot more movies but still
Right the whole thing is bashing on Disney and saying how great Pixar is like I love both equally that's not what I'm saying but he shouldn't be hating on Disney so much
Pixar is my favorite. The little dirty jokes they leave in make me crack up. I remember when I seen incredibles 2 I was so weak. But I was the only one laughing because the kids didn't know what was going on. And the parents didn't want to laugh because they didn't want to explain to their kids what is going on.
Zachary Turner Your point being...? Pixar is the only redeeming quality of Disney at this point, so why WOULDN'T someone be biased toward Pixar? Edit: briefly forgot about Dreamworks. Dreamworks is also kickass.
My point being that this was not a video about how much better Pixar is than Disney animation, the video was supposed to be about the comparisons between the two. In this particular situation, what Pixar does that Disney doesn’t. Also, I don’t know what you mean when saying that Disney is hardly redeemable and Pixar is the only thing left that is actually good. I could name MANY things that is good about Disney that doesn’t involve Pixar. The list would be too long to even type, however. P.S. Dreamworks is not all that amazing. I can name MANY flops and failures. But I will say, when they make a good movie, it is actually a good movie. Rare though.
A lot of Pixar's movies have been met with much praise and applause. Disney tends to get more criticism buuut that might be because Disney is Disney and therefore usually looked at with a much more critical eye.
no i feel like it is cos disney is producing genuine garbage stories these days.. Starwars is royally ruined with the dismantling of the extended universe for their own one which actually breaks most of what makes starwars amazing, same with marvel, they have created a universe of characters that dont ever suffer loss.. the end of infinity war was only sad cos tom holland had some seriously heart felt lines to say other than that we all know whats coming next.. for christ's sake they skipped the origin story (which is a good thing) but in the process they avoided yet another on-screen tragedy of uncle ben dying, and spiderman commiting murder!
Joshua Koch infinity war had a ton of good scenes. For example, when starlord first confronts thanos. Or the scenes between gamora and thanos. Starlords hardships. The Spider-Man scene.
Disney seems same old same old tired Princess gals (count them) while Pixar pushes the limits of fun, imagination, creativity and 3D emotional characters that appeal to all ages. Just my take...
did anybody else noticed that when he talked about, for example; "UP" and "WALL-E", even when "TOY STORY" was on the screen, it still said "Disney" in the buttom left corner the whole god damn time, no matter which movie scenes were on screen? Not sure about all the movies but I am sure at least Toy Story was made by Pixar..
Disney was Toy Story's distributor. In fact, Toy story was released under Disney's name. It says "Disney presents Toy Story". Later Disney bought Pixar so anyway Disney owns all those movies so it is legally fair to either mention Disney or Disney Pixar but never just Pixar for these movie credits
Odee Rashid They are way better than Disney or Pixar, John Lasseter who worked at Pixar was responsible for getting Disney to do a good release of those movies over here though.
eiolenimea Pixar is a branch of Disney but Pixar Animation Studio and Walt Disney Pictures are two separate subdivisions (along with Marvel and Lucasfilm) under the Disney studios
They aren't. Pixar was it's own studio that Disney purchased. So they own the rights to the films, but they are in no way the same company. It's like saying Marvel and Disney are the same thing.
T.E.C._1 "On August 31, 2009, The Walt Disney Company announced a deal to acquire Marvel Entertainment for $4.24 billion, with Marvel shareholders to receive $30 and approximately 0.745 Disney shares for each share of Marvel they own. The voting occurred on December 31, 2009 and the merger was approved." Sorry mate... Total fail... Marvel Entertainment used to be wholly owned by Ravi Gajbhiye Production House. But in 2009 the above happened. Before that Disney already owned Marvel Studios. Deadpool was DISTRIBUTED by 20:th Century Fox, but the entire brand is still owned by Disney... Get your facts straight dudes...
Y e s! I love both but I love Disney so much! Especially Pinocchio, Fantasia (and it's sequel), Alice In Wonderland, and Sword In The Stone!!! They were good movies! Pixar on the other hand has Toy Story, A Bug's Life, Cars, Up, Coco, Alot of other good movies!
6:30 maybe old Disney movies like Beauty and the Beast and Snow White were like this. But that's not how I remember Lion King, Little Mermaid, Hunchback of Notre Dam, or Aladdin. Lion King - Simba was an ambitious prince who, when confronted with the consequences of his actions, fled like a coward. He then realized his people were in trouble and that he had to face his past and come back to take the throne back. Little Mermaid - King Triton starts off as a controlling father who learns that his children need to live their own lives. Hunchback of Notre Dame - the protagonist doesn't even get the girl in this one. It features some very mature themes with Frollo. Aladdin - He starts off a thief and a scoundrel, and tries lying to get the girl. He learns that it's okay to be honest about who he is. While I haven't seen Frozen, my understanding is it has a lot in common with The Lion King in terms of its themes regarding benevolent royalty leaving in the wake of tragedy, only to realize they need to come retake their land from a malevolent ruler. I think Disney in the 70s and before was largely about the fantasy and the princess, but even The Jungle Book was more of a coming-of-age story than a romance.
@@danielskrivan6921 Beauty and the Beast is from the same Disney Renaissance Era as Little Mermaid, Aladdin, and Lion King. Belle might be beautiful, but she doesn't fit in with her village.
Yes it is, it was just written in a different way. The purpose was always for belle and the beast to get together. Specially at the end where the beast became a human so that she ended up with a handsome, and rich man
People who keep commenting how Disney owns Pixar hasn't read the description and/or understand the video. It may be owned, yet they work separately and have separate teams. So Disney can't force them into working on anything just because they 'own' it.
Lady-Bella They can’t force them but I did once read in an article that Disney does constantly pressure them if they want a Pixar sequel until Pixar agrees to make it. It was regarding Finding Dory and director Andrew Stanton said Disney kept annoying them about making a sequel to Nemo ever since the merger so he finally told them he’d do it.
Disney can force Pixar to do whatever they want. They don't just own Pixar, they control Pixar just as they do Marvel and Lucasfilm. Everything Pixar does has to be approved by the Disney Studio chairman Alan Horn.
@@KingQandy totally agree with this. They OWN pixar therefore Pixar has to pitch every film to Disney first for distribution. Separating the two as this video does is fairly nonsensical and actively disingenuous.
+Kieran Hamilton Not really. The video is comparing Pixar to the Disney Animation Studio, not the Walt Disney company as a whole. It makes perfect sense to seperate them as they both make different styles of film, and Pixar operates fairly independently with their own writers.

Right? Isn't it about a bitter, spoiled jerk learning to do self-sacrificing love? The Beast and Gaston basically have the same shtick at first, leveraging Belle's love for her dad to control her. The Beast chooses to become a better person. Belle never had trouble with judging by appearances. She judged Beast and Gaston by their actions from the beginning.

I didn’t cry the first time, since I was little and wasn’t aware of what was happening...
Then I watched it two years later and cried.
Luckily I didn’t remember anything from two years AGO, so it was basically my first time...hehe...
I didn’t cry the FIRST time... but I was too little back then to get it.

4:07 ''pixar is known for not doing sequels''.... Yeah except for Toy Story 2 and 3 and Finding Dory and Monster University and Cars 2 and 3 and well the Incredibles 2 is coming...
(Edit: Ok so my comment got a lot of likes and I was not expecting that. My comment is just a fun note, not an actual critique of his video. I'm absolutly sure that he knows about Pixar's sequels. I know very well that Disney made more sequels. I know that Pixar puts more budget and time in its sequels than Disney. I'm very much open to discussion, but please don't only comment about how wrong I am.)
You mean incredibles?
Hahaha yes thank you. I mixed with the European French for some reason (I'm Canadian French and the name isn't the same). I'll edit that thanks.
No problem.
"Until recently", mate.
youre right, but just so you know Monsters University is a prequel not a sequel...
Finding Dory was NOT better than Finding Nemo
Agreed
Agreed
Both fantastic. Finding Nemo is still better though.
I definitely agree (still really liked the movie though) but that is solely based on opinion, both my statement and yours.
Absolutely not. Finding Nemo was much more fun and interesting to watch
"Do you want a snow cone? Oh don't worry it's lemon", I just got it. Derrrr.....
is it a penis joke?
Never eat yellow snow - really?
And now Frank Zappa gets stuck in my head.
I don't think I ever got it as a kid
"Don't eat no snow where the husky's go" I was always told as a child, way back in the 50's.
In The Incredibles 2, they actually added cussing, I was so surprised, it was actually a cool touch because they obviously knew more teens and adults were going to watch the movie, I really enjoyed it
I waited 14 fricken years for that movie…
Was not disappointed. And neither was my dad. Only this time it was I who took him to the theatre to see it.
I've seen it, but I don't remember any swearing. What words did they use?
TheTallDarkTruth I don't remember any either.
They said damn, hell and crap a few times, which aren’t exactly curse words, but since it was pg, it is cursing for young children under 12.
Deja Blue Oh okay. I suppose as an adult (with no children) those words are pretty tame, so I didn't even notice. Also as a not very religious person and an Australian, hell and damn don't really carry any tabboo to me personally and I wouldn't even blink an eye to a 2 year old saying them 🤷 Hence why I probably never noticed.

Wreck it Ralph, Big Hero 6, Zootopia.
Things might be changing for Disney.
And now... Frozen2......
Or Frozen for that matter. It subverts the trope of true love's kiss, setting the audience up for it as the salvation only to turn it around. The true love that saves the day is instead the love between sisters.

Lol good video
brian anderson You do have to tip a hat to Disney for releasing Miyazaki's work in US theater's. (And while I'm not a fan of dubbing, they do choose much more viable voice actors than Funimation - who, for some reason, finds it necessary to make EVERYONE sound like a cheap Saturday morning cartoon character for toddlers.)
I remember when Spirited Away was released in our local theater, my best friend and I had to PROVE that (despite distribution) it wasn't a Disney film so that our other friends would go see it.
lol my thoughts exactly
brian anderson omg yesssss!!!!!
i love totoro

Pixar have been very open with how influenced they are by Studio Ghibli and Miyazaki Hayao. They have even said that when they get stumped in the studio. They put on a Ghibli film. 😌
Chop typesillg)7&
Haa haa haa
May be ...😅
Yeah! In my view, Ghibli is just Japanese Pixar and vise versa
I hope I'm not the only one who prefers Pixar over Disney
Disney is cheap af. They're really becoming a tyrant... A cash grabbing tyrant. I could blab on for hours on how and why I think Pixar is better, but I suppose I'll shorten it. With Disney, for me, a lot of their films just don't have the same feel as with Pixar's. Some of them feel heartless. Which isn't to say that they are heartless, but I just feel like Pixar legitimately puts more time and care into their films. But I'll stop before I trigger a hardcore Disney fanboy xD
flyinganvil no i love Pixar better than Disney tho
yes you're the absolute only one
flyinganvil Disney in my opinion has way too many songs in their movies (especially the classic ones) so I prefer Pixar all the way

"Was finding Dory even better than Finding Nemo?"
No.
Though it has its own great moments (particularly Gerald 😁) FD just wasn’t as compelling a story in my opinion
Overall I think FD is just slightly better than Cars 2 even though it has the same problem: it takes the first movies secondary character and thrusts them into the starring role in the sequel while the protagonists from the first get shoved in the corner and then we see the secondary character just can’t carry the movie because frankly there’s a reason they were a secondary character to begin with.
This doesn’t make Finding Dory a bad movie , far from it . It just isn’t as good as Finding Nemo.
A Clownfish will change gender if its mate is killed and will mate with its children so its not even logical

Disney reminds us of what animation used to be and what made it great while Pixar pushes the boundaries.
Well. I wish this video's narrator and the script weren't so openly biased. I feel like it would be a good topic for a discussion if they did their research on Disney a little better, a little bit more into detail. As much as I agree with the good points about Pixar, I feel like they didn't do their homework on Disney.
@Lazy Gamer 🙄 star wars has problems because the scripts have been bad, not because of women. Get a life
I agree. I don't even like Disney that much, that I still think they should have made points for all their Disney fans. It's just common business practice.
Yeah, that's my one major complaint about this channel... They're often biased.

Cut Disney some slack: it's easier to use surroundings in 3D settings than in 2D animations. Although there's a huge amount of work in both, once you built a set in 3D, you can pretty much use it anytime you want. Now, 2D sets must have been made each time they're used.

I love both companies as they have something for everyone. However you guys are clearly too biased. Sure Pixar is fantastic but so is Disney. They both have their own styles and there is nothing wrong with that.
I came to a conclusion after watching this and it is I LOVE BOTH
So where does Zootopia fit in? Seems like it was a new type of feel for Disney.
Couldn't agree with this more! Zootopia is one of my favorites!
furries
Maxxarcade hi
People who said that Zootopia was made to appeal to furries are ignorant
I love zootopia. I don't know why they didn't include it.
I wish Disney would go back to 2D animation too
Anyone else notice how awkward it was in Incredibles 2 how the new characters looked SO MUCH MORE realistic than the old characters?
As to be expected after 14 years of increased practice and improving technology.
If you watch the Toy Story movies in sequence, you can see the improved technology there, too. It's just increased processing power.
DUDE!! I thought I was the only one who noticed I was talking about that detail for like the whole movie it was so realistic details so much in the face
Beauty and the beast was wayyyyyy more than a girl finding a husband
It's about a girl who want to live her life when shes mets beast she fell in love him because he shows her a new exciting life
Beauty and the Beast is also about a girl who learns to love a beast no matter who furry he may be. It's a story where a girl loves this beast for his personality not his looks.
Don’t get me wrong I love Pixar, but... I love how there is no bias in this video🙄
Vance Larkin nice joke
Read the title

Kira Herdklotz-Yasutake if course your complaining about "some thin creature" lol
Kira Herdklotz-Yasutake .sorry for being
Kira Herdklotz-Yasutake Disney owns Pixar so this thing is irrelevant
Ainsley Harriot VEVO they are different teams tho
I wonder how different Zootopia would be if it was done by Pixar.
Xach Mustel ooh...
It probably would have been darker and maybe followed the original story route that was scrapped. Personally I think that would be interesting to see.

They used him as a dumpling to show him growing up and how the mother has to always protect him or something like that. She could've just saw him as something as delicate? That's what I sorta got of it if it helps.
Whaaattt sorry but I freaked when she ATE her son(ik it ended up being a dream, but in the momen it was creepy)
Isn’t he supposed to be unbiased. Yet he obviously has a bias towards Pixar. This is very frustrating. Anyone else?
No. Who says he has to be unbiased?
I love pixar and disney
AmbersGamings same
After watching The Incredibles 2, I think Pixar is better. Sorry Disney
incredibles 2 is disney pixar
and incredibles 2 has things that are not appropriate for little kids such as Murder, curse words, and the part where elastigirl searches for screen slayer will haunt some kids
That's why it got a PG rating. If it bothers you so much, don't take your kids to PG films...

Lilly Enriquez tbh as I've gotten older I've realized basically every Pixar movie. Disney has had multiple that are meh. Disney has a lot more movies but still

"disney is a company nobody wants to mess with"
warner bro's: are you sure about that?
😂true tho
You seemed a little biased towards Pixar.
Well, it's obviously a disney movie (pun intended).
Treasure planet was downgraded and made in a rush thanks to Disney, so, I don't know if that counts.
Zachary Turner Well THANK YOU Captain Obvious.

A lot of Pixar's movies have been met with much praise and applause. Disney tends to get more criticism buuut that might be because Disney is Disney and therefore usually looked at with a much more critical eye.
Irrelevant Person Yup
Eye. As they should.
That is true
no i feel like it is cos disney is producing genuine garbage stories these days..
The three you mentioned are all pixar.
That's RUclips doing those with ai interpreting the image though right?
Disney was Toy Story's distributor. In fact, Toy story was released under Disney's name. It says "Disney presents Toy Story". Later Disney bought Pixar so anyway Disney owns all those movies so it is legally fair to either mention Disney or Disney Pixar but never just Pixar for these movie credits
@@rhutajoshi9288 oh, I see! That makes sense.
Thank you for clearing this up!

You put "disney" beside every movie in the bottom left... im really confused now
Dog
I was thinking all the movies were from Disney but then he said finding Nemo was a Pixar film and i was confused
I believe that would be because of copyright ownership and proper crediting. IIRC Disney owns all the copyrights so they get attributed that way.
Dog Disney owns Pixar so they put Disney there in the corner.
Disney is a way to escape and not think about your problems and Pixar is a way to stay grounded and humble it’s a perfect mix and we need both
i find it weird when people talk about Pixar and Disney as separate studios. i have always thought they are basically the same company
eiolenimea Pixar is a branch of Disney but Pixar Animation Studio and Walt Disney Pictures are two separate subdivisions (along with Marvel and Lucasfilm) under the Disney studios
They aren't. Pixar was it's own studio that Disney purchased. So they own the rights to the films, but they are in no way the same company. It's like saying Marvel and Disney are the same thing.
Jacquelin Zimmerman Deadpool is rated R and Disney does not own it. Fox does.
T.E.C._1 yeah I don't know how that person made such an oversight on the rating...
T.E.C._1 "On August 31, 2009, The Walt Disney Company announced a deal to acquire Marvel Entertainment for $4.24 billion, with Marvel shareholders to receive $30 and approximately 0.745 Disney shares for each share of Marvel they own. The voting occurred on December 31, 2009 and the merger was approved."
Sorry mate...
Honestly, I prefer Disney. I just love the whole fantasy thing, it's what I grew up with. But Pixar is also amazing, don't get me wrong
+Gr8whitedyk So was the first part a joke? Because that's definitely not the case

True

What Disney as bad at: Making Mature movies, Making movies without music, making tv shows Specifically new ones and making moves on Disney Channel

They like apple and orange, yes, they different, but hey, I like them both.
Who is the 7 rings of Hell ever said that Beauty and the Beast was all about a woman finding a husband? Are you insane?
Wages of Sinn Agreed
The Disney live action Emma Watson movie was the thing he must be talking about.
It's actually about stockholm syndrome and the French Revolution.
Wages of Sinn it was always bout looking past the surface to find beauty within
I like Disney.They have Ducktales...that’s all I need.
~ _WoOoh hoOoo_ ~
All I need is Gravity Falls from Disney XD channel and Tales of Beedle the Bard and I'm a happy person.
