    COUNTERS:
-The charity fraud may not have been intentional. That could've been Onceler's brother just scamming him since he winked at the camera after.
-"Don't let the boot hit you on the way out." By technicality can be deemed a warning that Ted responded to, proving he heard him. Potentially halving that charge.
-Given how old the Onceler is, there's a chance the environmental laws might've been made after his actions.
-Gru's first assault on the minor could be deemed a mutual fight given Antonio kicked his groin prior. Unnecessary as it was, that could possibly result in a lower sentence than 10 years.

WARNING! Carry on reading! Or you will die, even if you only looked at the word warning! Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the staff in the hospital so the More- government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so they set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died. Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on a monday night at 12:00a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you and watching you bleed to death. I do have a defense for El Macho (even though it’s not gonna do much) this also applies to the Onceler: They have been in hiding for definitely more than seven years, which is long enough for it to be looked over I’m pretty sure, unless they did something serious like kill someone. They were considered dangerous and did endanger people but weren’t shown actually killing them or causing too much damage to them.

    2. El Macho: 2 death, 2 life, 253.5 years (2,040)
    3. Red Death: 6 life, 64 years (528)
    4. Vector: 2 life, 112 years (267)
    5. Gru: life, 95.25 years (173)
    6. Humpty Alexander Dumpty: 39.5 years (40)
    7. Chantel DuBois: 31.5 years (32)
    8. Gru pt2: 20 years (20)
    9. The Onceler: 15 years (15)
    10. Aloysius O’ Hare: 6 years (6)
    1. El Macho: 2 death, 2 life, 253.5 years (2,040)
    2. Gru pt2: 20 years (20)
    3. The Onceler: 15 years (15)
    score: (death sentences*816) + (life sentences*77.3) + years
death = 816, life = 77.3, average life expectancy in us.
why 816? originally i was going to do 38.1, the average age in the us. but death sentences are only for the most severe cases so i thought it needed a much higher number. i took the number of people serving life (53,000) divided by the number of people on death row (2,474 in 2021) times 38.1.

I would have to disagree on the whole “minion with a jar stuck to his head sues gru and has to under go therapy” argument. As shown in the minions movie, minions are indestructible and will follow their boss no matter what. So not only does his loyalty keep him from suing, but also the lack of damage done to the minion would also keep him from filing a lawsuit.

They wanted more practically forcing him to chop down all the trees they never cared. You forgot the food cleanliness violations in Gru's factory.
We see in 10:44 some of the jam in the process is left behind with no clear option for cleaning it out, nor a window of time to clean it out as since this is such a big machine for one batch Try would have to sacrifice time and energy lowering in and pulling out minions to clean up the leftovers. Which Gru doesn't seem to be doing, leaving the jam to rot and contaminate future batches.
Not only that but the minions that are squishing the fruit seem to be wearing regular workshoes, which might be why the jam tastes awful.
