Can you confirm where the serial # is located? I bought one today used and it doesn't have a serial # by the hanging flap (online it says it should be there)
Just log in to Bose Connect if you have successfully connected, in the settings on the top right, just press it and there just look for my device serial number, your speaker is located there, and if you can't connect to the Bose application, it means your Bose is fake.
The one on the left seems to be fake, the Bose logo is noticeably more slanted compared to the original logo.

Yes, they are both green, but the speaker on the right side is the one that is suspected to be not genuine.
