Great comment.... I just looked at the Harbor Freight site and it looks like a battery by itself is the same price as the drill and battery. Both $14 for now. Or for $24 it looks like the drill, light and 2 batteries....
Got one of these for my wife (to keep her from using mine). Absolute bare minimum tool, seems to be able to hang a picture though. Can’t speak on the durability yet.

Nice idea. It's good to see reviews from a practical perspective. I have had one of HF's Hercules drills for years and it's been a workhorse.

I have two plus the light they all work great..... I have a lot of harbor freight tools... never had a problem with any of them

great drill! A 12 volt drill will do a lot! for $14 it's an amazing deal, esp. if you can get extra batteries
