You got me with the "not going to bother opening this one...". Nice touch.
19.3AH out of 20AH - and everything else is good - not a problem!

that looks like an interesting replacement for an emergency battery of similar size, however, sla batterys in that size are usually in a UPS and they have to provide up to 100 amps of DC power in my UPS, so it wouldn't work to replace them, although i have thought of going one step up and getting the redodo mini 100ah, the next time these SLA cells decide to bite the dust.

Those look like 32650 cells, 5,000mah. The best they were ever going to deliver is 20AH, but that would quickly degrade down to what you're seeing. On the plus side, they are rated for a 2C discharge rate, so you could get 40 amps out of that battery, at least for about half an hour. Their website shows $85 for this model, which is not exactly a great bargain for as small as it is. Miady, Chins and Eco-Worthy all offer the same thing at a slightly lower price.

Overpriced. Much cheaper and better quality from established sellers.

3:57 What is that large display you are using with that shunt and how did you interface it with the shunt? Thanks!

@@BradCagle Thanks! It sure looks like you had a tablet interfaced with the shunt, it looks so good, my 69 years old eyes are not that great any more, LOL!

They need to be a bit better and overdeliver, that's a fair bit short already.

I don't see how it was underrated. It stopped at 4%. Not that familiar with this type of battery but are you supposed to drain them to 0? Most batteries that is a no no.

The inverter turns off at 10v, that is 2.5v per cell which is the recommended cutoff for lifepo4. It reached this cut off before discharging the advertised 20Ah. Hence it was 4% shy of the advertised capacity.
