One would be inclined to think Thekleb just acts like this for the camera. But after spending the day with him and Sud-D ( Voss River Ride ) he is totally fun and this isn’t an act.
The one take away I can say with absolute certainty is both Sub D and the Kleb are both humble and really great guys.
What a great day even though The Kleb got us lost within a couple of minutes. Hahahaha. ( I thought Sub-D was the go-to when it’s about getting lost )

MTM-DM Mad respect for being a respectful vegan. I don't think I could live without meat, but I do respect your decision on the diet. I suppose it's different where I'm from, most of the meat in New Zealand isn't factory farmed. We pretty much abolished it the instant the country found out. And we do have 40 million sheep... All farm lived and fed. If any slaughterhouse is found killing any animal before stunning it, its a huge penalty. I suppose that's why I never fully understood it. But I do agree that factory farms and mistreatment of animals needs to stop. So I respect your decision.

I think the problem with vegan burgers is that people approach them with the expectation of a beef burger. Veggie burgers are good if you appreciate them for what they are and not for a beef replacement.

If you haven’t yet, you should check out the crab cooker down on Balboa Peninsula. They’re going to be closing doors for a couple of years for reconstruction. Best crab place in town in my opinion.
Cracked crab is good. Menu says chilled but you can ask for it hot. Cheaper than the king crab. Love the way they make their potatoes too.

Beyond burger is the one with pea protein not soy! It’s made to have the beet juice make it look juicy and the form to be more like a burger than other veggie burgers. I’d say Gardein is pretty nice too.

If you want good burgers that’s also carries a veggie burger, check out Umami burgers. Their veggie burger meat looks identical to a beef patty and probably takes better too.

Two of my sisters have vegan like diets and they always want to go to this vegan place in downtown Orlando called Ethos, I have never left there unhappy. They have a really good lasagna and a meatball sub, honestly cant tell a difference from their counterpart.
