@@JonathanCheung-fe2vf I did struggled a little at first but you will have to update your drivers and maybe the software as well. After that, try connecting it.
That can have various reasons. In first place make sure, you use the latest software version (RoasTime 4). If it's still not working, you can try another cable or another PC (especially business notebooks are sometimes restricted). If it's still not working, you can get back to your seller for support.
Thanks Ingo. I’ve owned my Nucleus Link for about 3-4 weeks and now I am thinking about something else and I really like the Aillio. I’ve watched most of your videos with Steffen already It seems the venting is going to be the cause of my most uncertainty. There are so many DIY solutions and very few look like professional solutions. One question I have that I cannot find the answer to on the Aillio website is how long is the power cord? I don’t want to use an extension cord if I can avoid it.
The cord is a bit more than 1.5m long. You can of course set up a more professional venting system. There are companies providing this services in each town since it is needed in every restaurant, fast food and many more.
I also just got my bullet and found that the second set screw near the pully was missing... you saved me a potential big problem by saying there was a second set screw. Thank you! hoping they can get me a new threaded insert and that the first one isnt inside the roaster
No, in fact since about a year, they are fixing the screw with Loctite and are only using one screw. So it is correct as you have received the machine.
Just bought mine and wanted a video introduction. Liked, subbed, commented, shared. Really appreciate the prep you did for this - I like seeing your outline on your notepad!
Thanks a lot for the video. What if I only got 1 screw on the rotary/belt/cog thingy in the back? There are 2 holes, but only 1 screw. Is it missing, or has there been any update to the build? I got it completely new.
No, in the manual it says, you should empty it after each roast 🙂 We made a detailled video on the maintenance of the roaster: ruclips.net/video/-NtdG1dW8oc/видео.htmlsi=dtRKfooe61Nzunk-
I ordered 10 pounds of seasoning beans to season the drum. The manual says a minimum of three roasts, but I’ll probably use all 10 pounds. Any tips or suggestions on that process?
Hi Jason. That's perfectly explained in the manual. You find the most actual version on the Aillio website. I really recommend reading it. It's a great manual.
@@CoffeeRoasting for sure, I’ve read the manual at least 3 times while waiting for it to get here. I was just wondering if you had any additional tricks or tips that were not in the manual…..
I have this machine Yea I season it with cheep green beans ..don't drink the coffee used Try touse batch of 300 ,,500,, 750and 1000 g as seasoning and to have more concept of this machine with different batches
Drum roasters never do perfectly. The way you automate such a roasting machine is by programming the changes in power, fan speed, drum speed based on any variable of your choice (in my recommendation temperature - either BT or IBTS).
Are you having an issue with the roaster? Just come back to me via WhattsApp, phone, email,... and give me more information on the issue. Kind regards Ingo
This is a great video! I love how you explain about how it works. Really want to get one but might not be in near future T^T Anyway, keep up your awesome work!
Thank you for your feedback 🙏. You can already look forward to roasting on this machine, although it might not be in the near future 🙂. It's a lot of fun, roasting with the Bullet.
Owning it for a week, I really dig the overall aesthetic and its design. It reminds me of Star Wars. The AT-AT walker from The Empire Strikes Back.
Hi, excuse me but would like to ask how to connect the roaster to roastime (pc. )
I plug the usb on both sides but the software shows no connection..
Make sure you lock the machine at night so that it doesn't attack you while sleeping 🙂

I also just received mine, and the second set screw is also missing. Will be contacting the seller and the company.
Just heard from Aillo support. The newer models have a different design and only use 1 screw.
I reached out as well finding out the same info. I was pretty nervous but glad it only comes with one.

Since a couple of month, they fix the screw with Loctite and since then are only using one screw instead of two.
Mine is in the mail. Can't wait to get it. Thanks for the video!!!
Thank you and have fun with the roaster 🙂
Can you demonstrate how to do Aillio R1V2 Playback roast in the next video?
Cause we are in need of that!
Thank you very much!
Hi Tsong. There is a long video on RoasTime in my channel, where it's described in detail.
Such a great video, thanks Ingo !
Thank you, Florian. I'm happy if it helped you!
How much chaff can the chaff collector store? On the manual, it says after 30kg, the chaff collector should dump out chaff and do a deep cleaning.
