I thought that surely building a home out of shipping containers would be so much cheaper than actually buying a house. I'm sure MOST of us would expect that? Yesterday I found out that shipping container homes can cost just as much, if not MORE than buying a home! This guy on RUclips made a home out of 3 or 4 40 foot shipping containers and unlike all the other people on RUclips that show them building the home, or the final look of the home etc. He actually breaks down all the costs that went into building the home. Ready for the shocker? It cost him nearly 700 thousand dollars to build it and took him several years of building it before he could finally consider it "home." He also paid that much even though he 100% built the entire place himself! That's mind blowing! Of course there are shipping container homes that can be built for much less.. but those are typically WAY undersized and don't have anywhere close to the same luxuries as most homes you'd buy!
Well even tho I don’t understand clickbaiting when you actually have skills… I would say this Man cut no corners. He actually built a house inside that container’ If you know what I mean. I was surprised still spacious and came out amazing. I guess the clickbait is because social media makes people weird and has them think they need to be more than what they are. 🤫 I still would’ve clicked if you showed this container 😉❤️
