I have native american heritage (great plains lakota) and meat is an absolute necessity in our diet. Carbohydrates (which come from plants) give us diabetes and weight gain. Regardless, I love to learn about these recipes! Thank you ❤

I’ve been watching Ras Kitchen for the longest time. We go to Jamaica at least once a year. My children have grown up on the beaches and in the hills. We have friends there we consider family now.
