I know it's inaccurate but I like this version more and since mythology is fiction from the start there technically isn't a right or wrong way, the myth of Hades and Persephone is still being reimagined
To The Ancients, it wasn't fiction. This animation is just getting the Pagan Stories, so wrong, that is just like getting The Bible, The Quran, and The Vedas, Wrong, and Inaccurate, as well. You might as refer the Bible as fiction, that most people today believe in it, just as the Achaeans believe in their gods like Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades.
@@ShiningGalaxy01 to it's not fiction these are a collection of stories based on Olympianism and the stories were told to teach morality in different perspectives. Things that are universal in all religions
Andromeda was never a warrior, she was an ordinary princess, daughter of an Aethiopian King(No, she, and her father, where not Sub-Saharan Africans, Abyssinia was not called Ethiopia during Ancient times, Aethiopia was in North Africa, in the South of Egypt, and Libya, not in Horn Africa). It was Perseus(Human-hybrid son of Zeus) who killed Cetus, by holding the decapitated head of Medusa, turning Cetus The Sea Monster, into stone, to save Princess Andromeda from becoming a human sacrifice. Princess Andromeda was chained in the sea rock, for cetus to devour her, in order to keep the city from being destroyed by Poseidon's wrath, after her mother said that she was beautiful than Amphitride(insulting Poseidon's wife, which provoked Poseidon in anger against the city). Princess Andromeda was not a fighter, like her love, Perseus.
Cetus was turned into stone by Perseus holding Medusa's decapitated head, didn't got it's teeth sliced off, nor blew up. Everything about this animation is so inaccurate.
Love this so much! It's great to give Andromeda agency and letting her kick butt.

True, I chose to treat it like fan fiction so I can appreciate the story with out being annoyed by the lack of accuracy.

Everything about this animation is so inaccurate.
