also, I think your description is backwards (I swapped out sweet cauliflower (which is in season in the fall) in place of the more pungent broccoli rabe)

If anyone is interested in my “spins”: ground beef + sausage spicing (fennel seed, dill seed, oregano, dried savoury, paprika, garlic powder), and orange zest and juice. Oh and leftover lettuce instead of parsley. Amazing ….
