the best place ive ever been got the ferry from athens 4 times, worked in telaviv 5 different years so much work from hotel to building film work . cheap rooms 8 pound a night . changed my job every month such a safe city 24 hour night life and im from manchester .it never stopps party every night cleanest beeches ive ever seen ...
The Fire and Water fountain at Dizengoff hasn't looked like that for ages. Now it's just plain cement grey with water coming out. A pity. Why they changed it I don't know!...Also, apart from Carmel market and usual shops along Allenby St, and South TA (ie, Levinsky St...Ha Tikva area...) Tel Aviv is REALLY expensive...Resturants, trendy and brand shops(as shown here), and craft markets...Better to look around and shop around if you want bargains where local people, not hipsters and tourists, shop...or at least a reasonable price...And don't be afraid to haggle at Jaffa flea market.

I hadn't been to the area in years...and the last time I saw it was about a couple of months ago - I live in Ashkelon...The last time I saw it ''coloured'', but not moving (as it was intended), was around 25 yrs ago! It was still on the ''bridge'' then, which was removed years ago. :)
I am still studying world history, It seems that Jerusalem is an Ancient and Holy City , Tel Aviv is a Contemporary and Attractive city. Both are heavy for development of Israel.😃 from Japan.

Of course! Most of the restaurants in Tel Aviv are open in Sabat. No public transportation but you can walk.
