We got 3 options:
1-when the player activated the apcr in 1 thousandth it showed penetration
2-penetrated the red (impossible)
3-the shot ricocheted off the mantlet and the projectile made a 90° downward path penetrating the tank from above

Small gun is better 100%. Big gun dps is too low for tier x. Just play 20 matches with both guns and compare stats.
