Flip or Flop was my favorite HGTV show! I was so heart broken when they divorced. I hope they are both happy now.
First of all, having a root canal doesn’t mean the roots of the tooth are removed, the nerve/nerve’s within the roots are removed. It’s not uncommon for a root canal treated tooth to become infected again, and you CAN feel symptoms. I worked in dentistry for 30 years. A little dramatic over a tooth. So glad Tarek has found happiness again.
I really like him. He's a good person, I'm glad he found love again❤
Sending light and love to you, Christina.
I had this happen recently too. An old root canal became inflamed and needed re-treatment. I don’t think this is that uncommon. I had some tooth pain and otherwise was fine. I guess I should put out a blast public announcement. I missed my opportunity .
So glad he shared his story and his journey. This is powerful. What a great guy to tell his truth. ❤
When you really think about all his health issues, he’s one of the lucky ones who can afford the best care. Many cannot & aren’t so lucky. And then to have your wife leave you when you’re at your worst is probably a punch to the gut. His honesty about understanding why she left & accepting it is admirable.
I always liked him and now even more. 😊❤
Poor Tarek. I’m happy he’s found a loving partner now. He seems much better.
God bless you Terek
God bless you Christina
She had A disturbing health issue? A root canal? 🤣
Then you hear his story. Glad he found his way and recovered.
I think it's because tooth and gum infections can sometimes lead to heart problems
IKR !!! He's a Keeper, she's a joke.
I had the same thing, but when they attempted to do the 2nd root canal my infection did not clear up. So my experienced Oral Surgeon Extracted my molar and drained the infection. I was put on antibiotics and it all healed. Sounds like her dentist was lacking experience to me.
I'm sorry to hear
I wish the best
E! News, You're so talented! I had to hit the like button!
Pretty crazy for sure hope she heals quick
Big deal.she has dental insurance and money unlike most Americans who walk around with dental issues and tooth infections most of their lives. I’ve been suffering for over 10 years. I just spent $10,000 on a couple root canals that the dentist messed up. I have no more money to fix this and I’m just in constant pain.
$4+K for 1 root canal ! The price of a crappy used car.
Check with your local dental schools for available appointments for full assessment and treatment at affordable rates. Win win. You receive affordable quality dental care by closely monitored and supervised dental students in training.
@@kookietherapy9398 yup. Dental care in the US is crazy expensive
@@windsprinter9739 already tried that route. They don’t provide those services here in palm beach county
I read an article of a man who had the same issue. It turned out to be cancer. I hope that this is not the case.
All the best God Bless
I been telling my dentist my root canal still be bothering me me and just told me it’s probably sinus’s 🤷♀️ I might insist a X-ray
He looks like Johnny bravo! Pretty cool!
Root canals are not going to be the choice for anyone. The infection is never resolved and the underlying complications are endless. Implants are the only procedure to consider, a proper implant not a 24 hour rip-off situation.
oh wow I just spent $10,000 on a couple root canals that the dentist messed up. Within a couple months I had to have both root canals extracted and then I had to pay another $7000 for him to build a bridge, which essentially means he had to shave down the surrounding. … this is virtually bankrupt me I have no more money to spend, but all my front teeth are beginning to chip.. 😭
the cost of dental care in the US is ludicrous!!!
Unfortunately, not everyone can afford implants. I had ONE and it was $6,000. Never again.
@@suziethompson9097 geez my dentist quoted me $10,000 for an implant! So I opted for the $6000 bridge instead 😢
Very nice 🥀🌹
Just put handsantizer on a Q tip and rub it around in the affected area of the tooth but they'll probably need to be removed later.
Adorable
Interesting…we start out with Christina’s tooth issue and end up with Tarrick. !?!?!?
Luxury and disturbing. As soon as possible
Better to have no tooth than root canal
The title “HGTV star “ is a classic example of an oxymoron.
Who is this person, and why should we care?
She had an infected root canal. Earth shattering😂😂
Better questions - why did your anonymous azz click the link to someone you claim not to know and then comment on it???
Years ago I became ill with extreme fatigue and a low grade fever. No physician was able to diagnose me so it resulted in my taking a leave of absence from my position as an RN. It was an extremely depressing situation as I was bedridden. Several weeks later I developed a sudden intense pain in a molar. It was so bad that I just went to any dentist I could find the following morning. I had a very infected molar which was treated by the dentist temporarily by opening it up and prescribing antibiotics until I could go to my regular dentist .My regular dentist did a root canal in order to “attempt to save the tooth”. This took weeks , I remained ill and the root canal did not work. The tooth was pulled. Three days after the tooth was pulled I realized that I felt great. I immediately returned to work. Never underestimate the problems a tooth infection can create
With that attitude why did you waste your time and open this video THEN leave a comment??? Are you that shallow that you cannot have empathy for another human being who no doubt cares about you??? Sad!
@@lizdahl847 Might be a good idea to do some reading on the subject so you do not look so ignorant in this day and age where information is available in seconds. You see ANY mouth, tooth, gum infection can cause a virus (Epstein Barr), cancer, Alzheimer's, dementia, heart disease and more. It is VERY SERIOUS if not taken care of.
