These brothers will never disappoint you. I'm 76 yrs old and love playing their songs. Their voiceß are awesome. No auto tunes, just pure raw talent! RIP BOBBY. ❤️ ❤❤❤
I love your reactions to the Righteous Brothers, Ray. I think you swoon over Bill Medley even more than I do! Check out some of his solo work, such as Brown Eyed Woman, Georgia On My Mind, I Just Want to Make Love to You (audio only, unfortunately}, and also both brothers jamming with the Blossoms in Night Time is the Right Time. Of course, Bill won a Grammy singing I’ve Had the Time of My Life with Jennifer Warnes. I saw Bill in concert last month, and he blew us all away with a recent blues song he wrote, This Will Be the Last Time (I Have the Blues). Standing ovation, man. He’s 83 now, but still amazing. Legend.
I've loved the Righteous Brothers all of my life, both Bill & Bobby are so talented, gorgeous and have voices like no other! While I know that so many women raved about Bobby, for me personally, it was Bill that has always melted my heart & makes me go weak in the knees, lol! From the moment he begins to sing.. *Swoon*! 😉🥰 Btw, I really appreciate your reactions to the Righteous Brothers! I just subscribed to your channel a few days ago based on your reactions to their music; now I need to check out what else you've reacted to. Take care & I hope you feel better too.😊
I’m with you- I’m a total Medleymaniac. I saw him in concert last month! Let me tell you, he’s still got it! And you can tell his entire band loves him. He must be an awfully nice guy, too, as well as a total silver fox!
Was so in love with them from when they first started. Went to see them in concert 1966 in Denver. My heart..Bobby Hatfield was not there, said he was ill. A lady took his place. My heart was broken & I never really got over it.😢 I love their music still.
YAASSS! LOVE THE RIGHTEOUS BROTHERS! BEAUTIFUL REACTION RAY 💖😍🔥💖😍🔥💖😍🔥💖😍🔥 YOU NEVER DISAPPOINT 🙌💃🙌💃 THANK YOU 💙💐💙💐💙💐💙💐 AND THANK YOU MISS NANCY FOR THIS GREAT REQUEST 💜🌹💜🌹💜🌹💜🌹 Also: Bill Medley is a really classy guy (in my opinion) and it was through Bill Medley that I discovered Elvis (for myself); Bill Medley (the guy with the deep voice) was actually friends with Elvis. And Bill Medley said in a later interview that it was actually Elvis who got him a permanent place on a stage in Las Vegas (during the period that Bill Medley and Bobby Hatfield went solo; they reunited again eventually). And fun fact: You know the movie "Dirty Dancing"? The movie soundtrack theme song "I've Had The Best Time In My Life" was a duet with the male part being sung by none other than by Bill Medley. Bill Medley just comes off as a really classy and really humble person to me. I've watched more than one of his interviews. Peace ✌, light 🌞, love 💖, & blessings 🙏 to you & yours & to one & all here as well 💕
I listened to their album over and over and wore it out,! I loved Summertime and Georgia! I didn't think anybody could cover their songs and come even close! But when Elvis covered them, I was shocked that I loved his version better! And that became true of every original song I loved that Elvis covered! Unexplainable other than one of the musicians and his sidekick Charlie Hodges said. Elvis actually lived the songs he sang! ❤❤
Happy to see that you're starting to discover the real gems. Keep going with the black & white live Shindig performances. You'll be up dancing and laughing your butt off. Their talent was limitless... oh, and I think you'll enjoy the Shindig dancers too.
Was scrolling thru your channel and came to a screeching stop when i saw you were reacting to this song! This is a first for me..never saw anyone react to this, forgotten amazing song! Everything you felt i felt right with you!💞✌️ Ebb Tide.. is another rarely played..maybe you will? Lol 🙏
youd love all the Righteous brothers recordings. Try My Prayer (Bobby), Youll never walk alone, Bring it on home to me, Somewhere and Summertime …Guess who, Dream on. . .
Ray I don't know if you remember a song called "Lean on me" but Bill Medley(the tall one) sang it. You may be able to google and download it. If you can do it. It's a really feel good song that has soul!
Their best song.bobby Hatfield tenor.bill medley baritone.bobby is no longer with is. Bill still performs. Phil specters wall of sound really adds to their performance
Coincidence or irony? Angelina covered Bobby Hatfield’s version of Unchained Melody. Bobby Hatfield is the Righteous Brother with the high pitch in this video. And Ray reacts to both songs back-to-back. And both are great! 🎶❤🎵👣
They sounded perfect together!! So unique and soulful. Beautiful ❤ another great reaction Ray❤ hope you feel better today🌻 great selection Nancy🌻
Yes SusyQ the Righteous Brothers an awesome part of our music history. Soul and handsomeness they are great we lost our way in music now so sad.
Thank you, not offended, my name is spelled Raye.

They were good friends and when Bobby died it crushed Bill! Sad ending for a great singer and a stand up guy!
We miss you Bobby!

You have to listen to Bobby Hatfield solo live performance 1965 of "Summertime". He will blow your mind with his soulful vocals. He is amazing.

Absolutely one of my favorite duos. They were known as "white soul".

Bill Medley said in an interview that this is his favorite Righteous Brothers song.
Just Once in My Life is his favorite, that is. Beautiful song.
Bill medley won an award for I’ve Had the Time of my Life from Dirty Dancing.
Hi, Bobby singing Summertime. I mean, sanging, and Bill, sanging Browned Eye Woman
youd love all the Righteous brothers recordings. Try My Prayer (Bobby), Youll never walk alone, Bring it on home to me, Somewhere and Summertime …Guess who, Dream on. . .
Blue eyed soul 💙

It was known as blue 💙 eyed soul 💙!
"Blue Eyed Soul"
Great reaction. This song does not get enough love. Not as appreciated as Unchained Melody and Lost That Loving Feeling.

Should have been a bigger hit than it was.
