Cammer was worse than the driver who cut him off. Sometimes people make mistakes. Getting angry, escalating and risking your safety and theirs isn't a reasonable response!
Exactly. Even the shittiest of modern brake pads can lock your wheels up from braking force if you have some pad left. If your brakes are "bad", it's far past time to replace them.
Yes, the other car had a yield sign, but they reached the merger point before the cammer who was 20 mph OVER the posted recommended speed for the ramp and accelerating with bad brakes.
16. Nicholas. Why the rage? You did a great job avoiding an accident when he failed to yield, but then cut him off when it is obvious he intends to merge. Was almost proud of your skills as a better driver and then you ruined it by being a bigger jerk.
In 36 states, if you brake check a truck, they have the right to ram you off the road to avoid being hijacked. As long as they report it to police and have dashcam of the incident, the vehicle that brake checked them is liable for any damages to the truck. Every state west of the Mississippi has this law. Also New York and New Jersey.
What the cammer in clip 13 didn't say was his insurance denied his claim because they won't cover damage resulting from trying to stop a suspect fleeing from police.
#2 0:17 You were tailgating - one of the worst cases of tailgating I've seen. You were following 0.3 seconds behind her (7 video frames), instead of the recommended 3 sec or minimum 2 sec. She was slowing down because the truck and trailer in front of her had slowed down (briefly visible at 0:22 - compare its speed to the truck to its left). If you hadn't been tailgating her, you would've been able to see that. She knew you were tailgating and fully expected you not to be able to slow down in time, so moved over to the far right to give you room to maneuver around her. She did everything she could to try to protect you, and you get all pissy at her when you're the one driving dangerously.

#6 2:00 Most insurance has optional uninsured motorist coverage which will pay your deductible when the other party has no insurance, is underinsured, gives fake info, or is a hit and run so you have no info about them. Add it to your policy if you don't want to be stuck paying the deductible in those cases.
Not always! Each state is different! What does uninsured motorist insurance cover? Uninsured/underinsured motorist insurance covers your injuries, your passengers' injuries, and damage to your vehicle if you're hit by a driver who doesn't have enough or has no auto insurance coverage. Depending on your state, uninsured/underinsured motorist insurance may be separate, combined, or consist of up to four coverages: If you're hit by a driver with no insurance… Uninsured motorist bodily injury (UMBI) may pay medical bills for both you and your passengers Uninsured motorist property damage (UMPD) may pay for damage to your vehicle If you're hit by a driver with not enough insurance… Underinsured motorist bodily injury (UIMBI) may pay medical bills for both you and your passengers Underinsured motorist property damage (UIMPD) may pay for damage to your vehicle Note that some states may require a deductible for UMPD/UIMPD, but UMBI/UIMBI generally doesn't include a deductible.
At the 6:05 Mark: The cammer is merging; therefore they have no reason to honk. Merging traffic must yield to other traffic. When you are merging, and another car is coming toward you, you must back off and let them by and then finish your merge.
Congratulations person in clip 13. When they do find that Kia (if they haven't already) and they see this video. They're going to try to come after your insurance for some of the damage of the car if they can figure out who you are. That is easily one the dumbest things I've seen someone share on here in a while. Not to mention, the family of the teenager who stole the car could possibly come after you for endangering their child. It's one thing if the cops do it, but you're not a cop.
People also don't realize that it's not only stupid, but illegal to do this. As you said, they aren't a cop, and they're actively interfering with a police action. Depending on the actions you take, you can also get hit with wreckless endangerment and likely other violations as well.
An example of someone who drives like an idiot instead of driving smart. I wonder if the cost of repairs was worth the thrill of putting their life at risk.
I have to agree. If I saw somebody driving like the camera car, I'd call the police. Swerving all over the road, the vehicles striking each other, definitely a danger to everyone else on the road. There's a reason police cars have all those lights and sirens.
0:16 Cammer is less than one second behind and wonders why he got brake checked. Brake checking is stupid, but why do drivers like this seem to beg for it?
Well, the title says this video contains a compilation/Dashcam videos/Driving fails… you seem to be fixated on driving fails. Move your brain into normal mode and rejoin society.
At #2, 0:22 the cammer is utterly wrong. Polite lady moves over to the right so the cammer can _see_ the vehicle in front of her that is _stopped_ (or nearly so). She was slowing in plenty of time to make sure those behind her did not rear-end her. She _knew_ cammer was way too close, and wanted room to get off the brake if cammer should fail to stop, while _still_ having room to stop before hitting that vehicle in front of her.
6:09 i didnt see a yeild sign for either of you, but i did see a pole to the right with nothing on it so i assume the cammer was the one to yeild, but then the cammer decides to drive like an idiot probably cutting off the car that was on the highway
1:15 what a prick! He almost caused an accident then he decided because the cammer honked at him he was just going to sit in the middle of the road. Audacity over accountability is a lot of folks problem! Instant karma best served in this situation.
#16 So, 2 wrongs make a right? Ok, we get it, they didn't yield (which from my experience these days, nobody does so expect the unexpected) and you avoided a collision, great. Then you go on to drive recklessly yourself. Pretty sure you cut off this person at 6:17 who didn't do anything to you and then swerved at the person that upset you... anger..................management.
0:27 - Why does everyone think stupidity and brake checks are always insurance fraud? I don't think someone would be committing insurance fraud if they're just holding their foot on the brake lightly. 1:10 - That's some of the worst defensive driving I've seen. Cammer could've just kept going past the truck and there wouldn't have been an incident.

5:02 Here's some potential context... Some PD's have a policy, whereby when a fleeing vehicle becomes too reckless, they will discontinue the pursuit TO PROTECT CIVILIANS. They will get a plate, put out an alert to watch for that car, and take no further action. They have done this for a couple reasons. Firstly, its much safer USUALLY. No fleeing at high rates of speed, no running red lights, etc. Secondly, by returning to an observational frame, they might be able to find other stolen cars or accomplices who are involved. Third, it is RARELY the first vehicle that the person has stolen, and so they know they will catch them next time.

Saw a road rage fight break out in the middle of traffic. This has to stop!
8:30 Her screaming scared me more than the white car pulling into traffic. I could see that coming. Her "OH!" made me think, "what happened?! what did I miss?" while I was watching the white car!
6:23 what yield sign? You have a yield there not him!
#3 what is with your GPS warning you about an "Alien Mouth"?
#6 2:00 Most insurance has optional uninsured motorist coverage which will pay your deductible when the other party has no insurance, is underinsured, gives fake info, or is a hit and run so you have no info about them. Add it to your policy if you don't want to be stuck paying the deductible in those cases.
Not always! Each state is different!
What does uninsured motorist insurance cover?
Uninsured/underinsured motorist insurance covers your injuries, your passengers' injuries, and damage to your vehicle if you're hit by a driver who doesn't have enough or has no auto insurance coverage. Depending on your state, uninsured/underinsured motorist insurance may be separate, combined, or consist of up to four coverages:
If you're hit by a driver with no insurance…
Uninsured motorist bodily injury (UMBI) may pay medical bills for both you and your passengers
Uninsured motorist property damage (UMPD) may pay for damage to your vehicle
If you're hit by a driver with not enough insurance…
Underinsured motorist bodily injury (UIMBI) may pay medical bills for both you and your passengers
Underinsured motorist property damage (UIMPD) may pay for damage to your vehicle
Note that some states may require a deductible for UMPD/UIMPD, but UMBI/UIMBI generally doesn't include a deductible.
At the 6:05 Mark: The cammer is merging; therefore they have no reason to honk. Merging traffic must yield to other traffic. When you are merging, and another car is coming toward you, you must back off and let them by and then finish your merge.
8:15 As usual, somebody coming close to rear ending a cammer isn't quite dramatic enough. He had to add the BS about almost hitting a school bus.
#13- Being a good Samaritan is usually a good thing, but you took that way to far and endangered yourself and everyone around you.
#16 another example of thinking they are right instead of driving defensively
I have to agree. If I saw somebody driving like the camera car, I'd call the police. Swerving all over the road, the vehicles striking each other, definitely a danger to everyone else on the road. There's a reason police cars have all those lights and sirens.
@@mcar1033There's plenty of videos of truckers blocking cars in chase and none of them are cited for "interfering with a police situation"

Don’t park on the street/bike lane. 🤷🏿♂️
they didn't, they were parallel parking, but tell us you don't drive without telling us you don't drive
0:16 Cammer is less than one second behind and wonders why he got brake checked. Brake checking is stupid, but why do drivers like this seem to beg for it?
9:45 this cammer is just out of luck. Pay better attention cammer. Watch your surroundings.
How is capturing video of a shoplifting suspect running from the Police a driving fail?
Since it involved filming a sexy cop, we must allow it.
Well, the title says this video contains a compilation/Dashcam videos/Driving fails… you seem to be fixated on driving fails. Move your brain into normal mode and rejoin society.
She FAILED to DRIVE away therefore got caught.😊
6:57 That guy needs a lesson in physics: An object in motion tends to stay in motion, unless acted upon my an insane driver. Speed bump!
#10 lmao @ the caption.
9:32 Dr. Steve Brule, for your lane changes.
6:09 i didnt see a yeild sign for either of you, but i did see a pole to the right with nothing on it so i assume the cammer was the one to yeild, but then the cammer decides to drive like an idiot probably cutting off the car that was on the highway
#13 - 4:15 - Patriot Cammer - Try that blocking crap in any of several major cities, and those teenagers would be busting caps at you.
0:41 what is that navigation bro 💀
1:15 what a prick! He almost caused an accident then he decided because the cammer honked at him he was just going to sit in the middle of the road. Audacity over accountability is a lot of folks problem! Instant karma best served in this situation.
6:28 then replace your brakes. it's not just you on the road. you're putting other people in danger
Don't know who is editing these vids, but quite often I see a description that doesn't match the video. Otherwise very entertaining.
Clip 22, If he hadn’t dodged the safelite van.. welp he probably would have needed a new windshield..
3:31 Waze…saved you!
1:45 Who goes to a weed store to buy coffee?
they saw the "Garden Remedies" and need to trim some weeds lol
:27 says that becuase they were not paying attention and almost hit them because they did not see her brake lights- remember the rule of the cammer: "never my fault"
1:10 probably didn't go because he saw the cop coming around
6:07 cammer should be the one with the yield sign he merges into the lane of the sedan ! bad road design
My heart was racing the entire time! These incredible road moments had me on the edge of my seat. Pure excitement!
Haha, nice to know 😂
These Altima drivers. Dear god.
Patriot Cammer @ 4:20 What would have been your first thought if those kids had a gun and started shooting at you?? I doubt it would have been "WOW, this was a great idea." The cops may have lost them but your efforts did absolutely no good, leave the law enforcement to the law enforcement professionals.
So just let criminals do what they want?
Because I guarantee you that the cops never caught those teens- they just find what's left of the car.
9:47 Engage brain before putting car in gear!
#11 - 3:40 Gold Toyota ultimately at fault for not paying attention, but could argue that the black Ford had inoperable brake lights as the reasoning they rear ended them (both main lights are out, only the small center one is working)
Yes they could argue that. And get laughed at.
@@spamlessaccount I wouldn’t say laughed at, because this scenario was argued in court, went from 100% at fault to 70/30

People are so damn ignorant it doesn’t surprise me with todays society
2:25 THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS IN THE END
16. Nickolas...people make mistakes...it does happen; like you having bad brakes and blaming somebody elses driving for your inability to maintain a safe vehicle and safe following distance to compensate for your 'bad brakes'
17. maybe your brother should just avoid that intersection 😂 at all costs
5:03 all that for nothing.
IF YOU AREN’T IN A COP CAR YOU AREN’T ENTITLED TO BLOCK CHASE OR CONFRONT STOLEN VEHICLE DRIVERS OR DRIVERS OUT TO CAUSE DAMAGE! Road rage is dangerous, even if this isn’t that exactly it benefited NO ONE to block the Kia. You can be causing a more dangerous development than if it was the initial issue originally.
The amount of hate In these comments like JUST WATCH THE DAMN VIDEO
Police spotted ahead...
I swear some of these cammers just need to take a chill pill.
@9:41 the minivan is just driving how we drive in LA. cammer may be new to the area because everyone drives like this. you see a spot you need, you take it. Im not saying the minivan was right but that's how you drive in LA. need to be super defensive and aware of your surroundings while also aggressively taking spots you need. truck was completely oblivious tho and wrong for sure
The video is sped up after the truck incident.
You can see the cammer added some stuff in between the “fast forward” and cammer actually passed the van on the left hand side, and the van sped up and cut the cammer off.
In top of that, that van had enough time to read the signs if that wasn’t the lane they needed to be in.
@@iamurbasscreater ah i missed that, makes sense
#2 that good o'l insurance fraud excuse. She was braking (which you didn't even notice until you almost hit her) PROBABLY because you are following close behind her. Maybe give MORE room behind other drivers.....
