Hows it fishing at the moment? Not being for years, ive fished Holden lane a couple times but blanked, caught a few silvers and perch on a float. Only just getting into carp fishing. Thanks
@@CraftyCarperYT yeah its the case everywhere. I went Gorsty Hall last Monday but itd been battered over the wkend, i blanked!!! Usually have a few there in a day session. Im fishing tomorrow but unsure of go Forest or the Swamp
Matt Stokes, if it was me i’d drop on Forest park if it’s not rammed. Swamp’s easier to fish in the winter when the weed dies off. But that’s just me mate, i’ve not fished holden lane enough to get a proper feel for the place.

Matt Stokes, it’s fishing it’s socks off mate. Getting a lot of angling pressure though due to a lot of people been out of work because of covid.

Ended up coming Holden Lane. Stuck to it and had a 21lb mirror about 3pm. Pretty much had the lake to myself since mid morning.
