Update: I MADE 2 loaves today. Your recipes except the milks one buttermilk and one 1/4 buttermilk and 3/4 reg milk and one in my KBS and one in the mixer. Well the one in bread machine looked just like yours. And the one in the oven rose beautiful. I wish I could show you a picture they are both beautiful and delicious!! Bread is a Journey. I love it thank you. Sourdough is awesome and helping me keep my sugar levels in control! I love the 24 hour fermentations.

Hello did you use bread flour or all purpose flour? the recipe that is giving it says all purpose. I love all your recipes it always comes out perfect.
